Nagato is the controller of the pain corpses. Nagato can use wind, the Rinnegan gives him control to send chakra signals out to control the dead ninja and their elemental affinites. The reason why Nagato can use all elements is cause he has dead corpses who can use them.

And i did i had 3 dragons go after hungry ghost realm and i had 2 that went after human realm.
He did nothing to help hungry realm or human realm block those attacks. Then after the dragons destroyed them i made qa fire tornado that surronded all of them burning them to a crisp and all he did was try to summon which didnt work cuz human realm was destroyed and pull me into my own attack which wouldnt work because the tornado had already swolled him burning them all to death.
