And the cloak dont really work against me since in a jounin, "Skilled ninja can see through this jutsu(Rank c and above)"

ok cool i guess choosing defense was a bad ideaeven if i am going against a wind user. (overconfidence strikes again lol.)

Ill start my next attack by first puling out shuriken attached to ninja wire and tieing you down to a boulder(this is in conjunction with my next jutsu so its still 1 move) then using...

Hiding behind a boulder isnt going to help agains 4 pillars of rotating wind, since they just go over the boulder and hit you who is hiding on the other side, and also you 5 senses confusion wore of last round, thats why i didnt dodge you attack. Also you forgot about the Daitoppa.
