Also the moving dust will get into peoples eyes and cause blindness even if they move out of the storm. The user can also manipulate the storm a bit so that it does not harm allies or the user.
Breaking the Bullets into Dust as they Reach YOu And It Spreads into Your Eyes cutting off your sight.
