Leaving from The Dark Tower, Blackbeard and Xebec traversed the dunes of Mugenichiba.



“Zehahaha, feel that, Xebec?”



The Creation’s multiple heads began to bark and snarl in excitement. They couldn’t actually sense the chakra that Blackbeard had, but they knew from his expression that it was a strong one. An entertaining fight was in the works.



The duo approached the source, the man named Hades, standing 10 meters away from him.



“What a powerful chakra you’re packing,” Blackbeard shouted zealously. He passively activated his Sharingan, cycling it to his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. “Why don’t you join me instead of wandering around so aimlessly?”



Blackbeard intended to make someone with such power an ally, one way or another. As he spoke, Xebec opened his middle mouth and released a powerful beam of light, aiming to pierce Hades’ stomach if left in defended.

Description:

One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.

Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.

Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

Description: The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan literally meaning " Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the final step in the evolutionary state of the Sharingan. While Mangekyo Sharingan is but an imperfect Dojutsu, unable to sustain and keep its own power, weakening with each use, the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan brings control and balance to the power wielded. By merging the users own MS with that of his sibling, the use is able to awaken the EMS. The EMS grants the user the same abilities granted by MS but to unsurpassed levels. While granting the user the ability to perceive the world with increadible insight, it also grants the user the ability to see through S-Rank visual illusions and track the movement speed of almost anything, perfecting the already amazing abilities of the standard MS, like casting Genjutsu without the need for handseals as long as a line of sight to the target is available. A unique feat however, is that once the user awakens EMS, he loses access to his normal MS, transitioning from 3T form to EMS directly. While MS damages the user as time passes and severely tires and drains the user as its used, the EMS doesn't. The user can keep it active without losing his eyesight or damaging himself and can use the normal MS techniques with no activation reduction or drawbacks. Its true that the chakra cost is higher, but the user will feel little to no effect in his stamina and energy. Through his EMS, Madara gained the ability to control Tailed Beasts by forcefully using his sharingan genjutsu/mind manipulation abilities to take control of the Bijuu and temporarily sever its connection to the host. If the Jinchuriki is in normal form or entering one of the transformations, it's blocked from transforming for 3 turns. If it's in incomplete form, it's forced back into normal form and left unable to access his bijuu for 3 turns and if its in complete form, the user gains control over the bijuu, manipulating its movements/actions completely for 2 turns or until the complete form ends (whatever comes first), leaving the host unable to acess his bijuu for 3 turns.

Note: Only usable by bios with EMS after meeting the necessary requirements.

Note: User needs to have activated his 3T Sharingan beforehand

Note: Once activated, lasts 10 turns per use and once the user has held the ability for 4 months, can be done passively, with no move cost.

Description: Seeking a way to enhance the body to its uttermost limits, a group of shinobi known as the Pillar Men created the Kinjutsu known as "Phantom Blood." Sealed into stone masks by its creators, Phantom Blood is a Kinjutsu designed to transform the body; upon being touched by blood and worn on the face, the mask releases several spines that inject a surge of Yang-based energy into the user's body that binds itself to their cells and naturally occurring fluids. This process permanently transforms the user into an entity known as a "Vampire," the Yang-based energy passively granting them physical prowess and agility on par with that of the Second of the Eight Inner Gates. Vampires possess immense longevity, their lifespans continuing indefinitely, and can even remain alive after any injury that would normally be fatal for ordinary humans(in terms of the function of the RP, this aspect of the longevity is largely cosmetic; the user's health points still abide to normal health rules and the user will still lose a match when their health reaches zero). However, they are not truly immortal; a fatal injury to the brain will result in the death of a vampire as normal. This longevity grants those under the influence of Phantom Blood a naturally higher capacity to heal, able to passively recover from damage on par with Hashirama Senju's passive regeneration. Minor wounds, burns, cuts, etc. will all passively heal over a small period of time, closing up wounds and injuries after one turn. While this healing can recover such wounds over the course of one turn, it is not without its limits; a Vampire's passive healing is only able to restore the body so that it can function, but does not restore lost HP(for instance, an arm broken by an A-rank technique will mend itself, but the user will not recover the lost 60 points of their health).

This longevity can also be manifested in enhanced ways, though these require active uses. The user can increase the power of the regeneration to restore up to 75 Health Points. This can be used to mend more severe injuries, such as restoring destroyed organs or reattaching detached limbs. Should the user make physical contact with another living organism, such as a bio or summoning creature, the user can execute this ability with greater ease, compensating for the comparatively lesser use of chakra by stealing some of the opponent's vitality.

Note: Enhanced regeneration requires physical contact with target and can only be utilized two times per battle. Can only be used by Yin-Yang masters

Note: Active regeneration occupies a move slot, consuming 70 chakra. Through direct contact, the chakra drainage drops to 50 chakra. Regular version can be used once every two turns, direct contact once every other turn. Either version can only be used twice per battle

Description: Initially, a technique first created and used by Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki (who used it to create the nine tailed beasts), Creation of All Things is the core basic yet purer form of Yin-Yang Release and pertains to the administration of imagination, and the spiritual energy which forms the basis of Yin chakra to create physical forms from nothingness followed by the application of vitality, and the physical energy which forms the basis of Yang chakra, breathing life into form. Essentially, this technique allows one to create beings out of ones imagination. These beings are alive, self suficient and real. However, without the powers of Hagoromo, a normal master of Yin-Yang Release's usage of the technique pales and one cannot create something as a Bijuu. Even in his case, he needed to use the chakra of the Shinju to create the 9 Bijuu, so even in battle he is limited in the use of the technique. In Narutobase RP, however, one can create 1 living being, never bigger than 3x the size of the creator, that has the following abilities:

Can use 3 of the elements the creator knows (including AEs and/or CEs)

Can use one of the following: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Genjutsu, a Clan's HA, KG/KT, an Advanced Ninjutsu (Sound, Poison, etc), or universal ability (Fuuinjutsu, Iryo Ninjutsu, Yin-Yang Release, etc), a mode (SM, SHB, etc.) as long as the creator knows it

Has a chakra reserve of max 2000 points and a health pool of 150 points

Can use all techniques the creator knows of the fields it is able to use

Can be sentient or not, with human levels of inteligence or not, including power of speech and a mental link to the creator

Can have one of the following passive traits/skills: chakra sensory, increased physical strength resulting in +20 damage to Taijutsu, immunity to Genjutsu, usage of its elements without handseals or source restrictions, 40 damage reduction from clashes, a speed of 1.5x the speed of its creator, chakra transfer ability, immunity to fuuinjutsu techniques

Will have the physical abilities of the traits of the form created (for example, if it has wings, it can fly, etc etc) but it cannot be human nor the same as a real animal (has to, in some way, be unique and different from existing creatures)

It will also abide to the following restrictions:

The creation will stay in the fight even if the creator dies (in RP terms, if you die and your creation is still alive and wins, you win the fight and can continue in the event playing with your creation).

The creator can only have one creation per bio at any given time.

The creation will be initially formed at the end of the Yin-Yang training, serving as a rite of passage of Yin-Yang Mastery, after which it will need to be stated in the bio that has it and the user will always enter the field with it.

The creation is alive and as such can be killed, healed, poisoned, attacked with gentle fist, etc as any other living thing in Narutoverse and, in terms of NB RPG, suffers all basic restrictions that fall upon a ninja. It cannot, however, be revived with the Edo Tensei technique though if it dies, the creator can use the Creation of All Things technique to revive it once during the battle.

Creations cannot be done during a fight but can be done in any RP thread, be it a training thread or an RP NW thread.

It cannot have "absolute" traits such as being considered immortal or only existing in Limbo. It is a real, living, flesh and bone being that has the abilities listed above.

Cannot have a Doujutsu, Shikotsumyaku, Souma no Ko, Jikūkan or learn to open the Eight Inner Gates.

Xebex takes the form of a large cerberus, being three times as big as its master. Xebec has three heads, two of them being dog heads and the other being a fox. The dog parts have blue fur while the fox's side has yellow fur. It also has three yellow tails that are prehensile enough to be used with all the dexterity of a hand and are large enough to grip humans. The dog parts have black hair on the top of their heads and backs and one of the tails had white fur on the tip. Xebec appears to be covered in sutures, and two of the heads have bandages on its face. All three heads, in fact, share the same consciousness. Its penis is massive and it is still bigger than Goetia.

Hades plans to head back to tobusekai, and continue his search, where cut short, as a hulking looking man began to approach him. The man was more than a head taller than Hades, and probably 200kg heavier, he truly looked more like some kind of animal than a man, but that wasn't really Hades concern. Behind the man, a massive dog, even larger than the man himself, stood behind him, three heads, a nostalgic wave flowed through Hades, as looking at the beast reminded him of one he had has long ago, Cerberus, long forgotten to time unfortunately, but seeing this creature did make Hades smile internally. Externally, Hades simply gave the man a deadpan look, not being happy with being interrupted. As the man spoke nonsense, about powerful chakra, he cycled his sharingan, and then further into a Mangekyou Sharingan. Hades felt sick to his stomach, seeing this creature with similar eyes to his own. As the man spoke about joining a crew, Hades responded.

Aimlessly? No, i have purpose, unfortunately it is a journey that must be paved alone, as where i plan to go, no one should follow, i would not wish it upon them.

Mid sentence, Hades followed suit, passively, activating his 3t sharingan, and continuing, the tomoe spinning, and activating passively as well, his Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. However, to the man, while he may be able to sense chakra, he would most likely be unaware of what had occurred, Hades EMS being hidden behind his pitch black contacts. However, the beast behind the man had other idea's, attempting to cut Hades off, the beast fired a bullet of unknown properties towards Hades. Hades was able to make out the chakra, and it wasn't outside of his realm of ability to keep up with the technique, but now Hades was becoming agitated. Had the man perhaps allowed Hades to fulfill his current objective, maybe he would have joined. However, being head hunted for a crew, and attacked in the same line, this man was clearly a de-evolution, as his manners alone clearly weren't of higher brain power. As the bullet hurtled towards Hades, Hades stepped towards the beam, while at the same time, bringing his hands up into a single handseal. With expert timing, Hades stepped forward with his left foot, dragging his right foot behind, and twisting his body, ending up with his right foot infront, and his body, dodging the bullet entirely, while also closing the gap towards his opponent by 1m. At the exact same time, Hades completed his handseal, and split his chakra evenly, three ways, Summoning 2 shadow clones. The man before him didn't want a fair fight, it seemed, but Hades cared little. The two clones would appear side by side on Hades left with a half meter gap between the two, Zagreus and Plutus. With both his clone present, Zagreus, the clone furthest away from Hades, would , teleport the man and himself away to the Jaguar Realm, while leaving the Large mutt and Hades and Plutus on the battlefield.

Description: The form of the void is a style of the Ogame school in which the swordsman makes quick movements to simultaneously dodge an attack and close the distance on their target. With this technique the swordsman rotates their body to narrowly avoid an incoming attack while simultaneously stepping forward to close the distance to their opponent. By doing this they move into extremely close range while the opponent over extends themselves, creating an opening for attack while the opponent is incapable of defending themselves. This can only be used to avoid certain techniques such as other kenjutsu or taijutsu, or even narrow elemental techniques. Larger techniques such as large fireballs would be too large to avoid.

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and himself and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clones, a max number of 4, are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force, returning 10% of its individual chakra to the user. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the original with Sharingan, Byakugan, Rinnegan or normal Chakra Sensing. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.

Descritpion: This technique is an adapatation of Jiraiya's crushing toad stomach technique which reverse summoned the user and their opponents into the stomach of a toad on Mt. Myoboku. In this variation the user reverse summons him and his opponent deep into the homeland Rain forest of the Jaguars. Giant trees fill the forest with their thick canopies hundreds of feet in the air and to those below looks like a pitch black night sky. The thickness of the canopy blocks out light limiting vision to both the user and the opponent so that nothing can be seen at long range, at mid range a person's silhouette can be seen while at short range they are fully visible. In this forest it is constantly raining in a heavy down pour that saturates the area. This location is a specifically forbidden section of the forest due to its mysterious and sacred past. People who remain here too long will be forcible removed after three turns by unknown forces.
~Can only be used once per battle.
~Must be capable of summoning the boss Jaguar summon.
~No Jaguar summonings or reverse summonings can be used for the remainder of the battle.
~Inside this area the user is incapable of using Fire or Lightning techniques.
~Must be taught by Typhon.

He communicated his discovery to Xebec via a telepathic message, warning his Creation to be careful to avoid looking directly into his eyes in the event that he was a Sharingan user. Hades' chakra felt oddly similar to Blackbeard, furthering his suspicion toward the nature of Hades' Dojutsu.

Hades avoided Xebec's light beam. In spite of the maneuver's deliberate simplicity, the shinobi's own was elegant and effective. His body danced around the beam, and Blackbeard's eyes followed without fail as he simultaneously weaved the seals needed to conjure forth two Shadow Clones. Blackbeard cracked out a grin widened from ear to ear, and he was transported to a new location.

The air was humid, its mugginess sinking into the skin. Monstrous trees towered above, draining the light from the area. Dense foliage, ranging from thick leaves to dark and everlasting vines, seemed to be dominating the area. A large jungle, not unlike many explored by Blackbeard during his own youth. He remained utterly unfazed. His eyes pierced through the dull lightning, catching sight of the Shadow Clone's silhouette. Blackbeard immediately surmised that he was facing down Hades' Shadow Clone. The technique was defined for its use in diversion and creating distance between the opponent and the real body. The figure chosen to transport him would likely be the clone to add to a tactic such as the transport. Only one of the figures had came as well, leaving behind two to deal with Xebec. Surmising there would be no advantage to separating oneself from both of one's clones, Blackbeard settled on his counterattack almost immediately after being relocated.

Blackbeard focused his chakra into his Eternal Mangekyo, infusing it with Yin-based energy. Using his line of sight on the clone as a medium, Blackbeard immediately created a burst of spiritual flames within the clone. The dark flames acted as though it were infected the clone, transforming its form into more flames before burning out entirely into thin air. The clone's destruction brought about the same to the jungle jutsu's tether, releasing the relocation technique and transporting Blackbeard back to the true battlefield.

Description: This technique incorporates properties of both Amaterasu and the Hungry Ghost technique, allowing the user to create flames with even higher parasitic properties than that of the normal black flames. The user with his Mangekyo Sharingan active will focus towards the intended target, much like the process of spawning Amaterasu normally. Burning Down The House, however, focuses Yin Release through the flames to make them more ethereal in nature. Much like the Onyx Chidori, the flames produced through Burning Down The House are intangible, spawning within the targeted object rather than on top of it due to this property and burning outwards. The flames produced contain highly parasitic properties due to the infusion of Yin Release, capable of assimilating the "infected" object into itself. This causes the appearance of the target burning up within the flames at a rapid pace. In truth, the Yin-infused properties of the flames allow them to convert the physical form of the target into itself, growing larger for a brief moment as the target object is consumed before the flames of Burning Down The House fades away. Burning Down The House can be used to destroy enemy techniques or inanimate, chakraless entities within the terrain. This technique carries no effects on living beings, such as animals or humans, but is capable of affecting entities artificially brought to life, such as through Yang Release.

As Blackbeard staged his counterattack, Xebec went on a similar offensive. Focusing its chakra into the ground behind the clone and Hades, Xebec transformed the dirt into a wave of molten Corium. The wave's size was immense, branching to a width of 10 meters and a height that gave it enough reach to slam down over Hades and his clone from the 6-meter spot it was spawned from.

Description: Corium Release is a molten element that carries through it potent traces of radiation. This radiation, in addition to its intensely high heat and density, causes the element to be extremely deadly even without direct contact, able to create hindering effects on targets simply through proximity (being within short-range of it). The effects of the radiation, outlined below, occurs in every Corium technique, with the effects increases by the amount of Corium created through each rank.

D-C Rank: Proximity to Corium of these ranks causes intense nausea, dizziness and pain, enough to cause the affected to stumble or fumble with their weapons, or mess up the aim of thrown techniques.

B-A Rank: In addition to previous effects, those exposed would become unable to form more than three handseals in a row; will pass out after three turns of sustained exposure due to the compounded stress of the radiation on the body. Due to the strain on the body, the affected target's ability to concentrate and mold chakra deteriorate, resulting in techniques consuming +10 more chakra.

S Rank and above: In addition to previous effects, those exposed would pass out after two turns of sustained exposure, with their tracking speed halved due to the intensity of the effects. The radiation will also make complex movements (Taijutsu A-rank and above) impossible.

At first I would have agreed with you delta if the jutsu stopped at "such as animals or humans." but then it continues specifying that it can target artificially brought to life creations - and whether you argue a Shadow Clone has substance, can bleed etc - it's still been artificially brought to life. When Blackbeard popped out his mother's womb or whatever the shadow clone wasn't there beside him, that'd be his twin brother Edward Teach. Though I think there is a truly philosophical debate to be had with this topic, but I believe the technique in question has been restricted in such a way to not be able to target You directly or your summons. Your clones however, sorry they're just made purely of chakra and aren't stable enough to constitute a living being since they basically disperse on the smallest of damage. This clone isn't true life, it's just a temporary copy of one - at the end of the day he is targeting one of your techniques which is in the description of the jutsu that he can do. But hey at least it ain't you!

“Zehahaha, ya got him good, Xebec,” Blackbeard chortled. He stepped forward slightly, reveling in the sight of Hades and his clone being washed over by the Corium. The clone was destroyed, overwhelmed by the unworldy heat and crushing weight of the wave as it fell upon him.

“Do ya think that’s all he had?” Blackbeard mused, directing his question at Xebec. The Creation howled, amused at its master’s mockery. “Let’s flatten ‘I’m.”

Blackbeard slammed his hands on the ground as Xebec released its command over the Corium, allowing the element to settle into a chakraless pool. The ground around Hades began to shake before bursting into the air, a platform of earth being erected with Hades as the midpoint(diameter of 6 meters in each direction). At the same time, Xebec conjured two serpents forged of Yang Release that radiates from its two front paws.

Corium fell from the sides of the plateau. The force it carried as it was erected pinned Hades to the ground, leaving him to be further burned by the Corium. The Serpents were guided to rise above the platform before crashing back down, slamming into Hades’ body and reducing the plateau below him to dust in the process.

Description: This technique grants the user the ability to freely lower or raise the terrain within a specific area surrounding them, in a similar manner to its parent technique, albeit on a much larger scale. The user will slam his hands on the ground which he can then lower or raise the ground up to 100 meters in a large section. The rise will be fast enough to pin enemies to the ground, restricting their movements as they struggle to get up and the drop will be fast enough to leave almost all enemies without a footing (albeit not airborne). Because of the large chakra needed to alter such a large area of the terrain, the user will be able to use it only a limited number of times.

(Yoton: Yamata no Orochi) Yang Release: 8 Branched Giant Snake[Form 1]

Description: This technique sees the creation of the mythical serpent, the Yamata no Orochi. The user begins by gathering their Yang chakra into their arms and creating three branching streams of white chakra from each of them as well as coating both arms in chakra. The user’s arms and streams of chakra will take the form of serpents with flaming amber eyes. Due to the nature of this technique utilizing one’s Yang chakra, these serpents are not simple manifestations of chakra, but actual sentient creatures. The serpents can sense entities like ordinary snakes and they share a telepathic link to the user, allowing them to communicate with each other. They act like chakra arms and can be used for a variety of purposes. In the base form of this technique, the 8 branches are simple ethereal constructs of sentient Yang chakra. In their second form, users can add nature release to the branches to increase their power. In their third and final form, the user can add Yin Release chakra and give the branches physical bodies. The addition of the Yin Release also gives the branches unique venom which drains the physical vitality of the victim. The bite from each snake lowers a victim’s physical speed, reaction, and ability to use high ranked physical techniques.
Note: Form 1 is capable by all users of Yang Release, Form 2 is capable of Yang Release masters and Yin-Yang users. Form 3, also known as Yin-Yang Release: Yamata no Orochi is only capable of Yin-Yang Users with an affinity to Yang Release.
Note: The vitality degenerating venom is capable by all branches of this technique, however there is only enough for 3 usages. The vitality degeneration venom becomes worse with every bite. If a victim is bitten once their base reaction/tracking is reduced by half, twice and their base speed and physical damage is reduced by half, and thrice they will lose the ability to use any form of tai or kenjutsu techniques and will be rendered completely paralyzed 2 turns after the third bite if not healed. The victim will be unable to do anything short of breathing, including using their chakra. Users bitten once also become incapable of using physical elevating techniques such as Sage Mode or EIG.
Note: Medical ninja or other Yang Release users can rid themselves of the poison through means of medical techniques or vitality boosting techniques such as power of the sun.
Note: Technique can only be used once per battle and requires 50 chakra points to maintain (60 above the first form). While this technique is in use, the user cannot use any non-elemental ninjutsu, Yin Release, or Yin-Yang techniques (other than this technique’s advanced variation).

“Feh,” Blackbeard spat. Normally, the sight of the enemy falling victim to his bombardments were brought zeal to his cold heart. But something wasn’t right. Blackbeard could sense from the potency of his chakra that Hades was far more capable than this. His chakra felt...familiar, grand. One way or another, his power would be his. With a mental command, Blackbeard instructed Xebec to manifest several ethereal hands, three in number, that the Creation immediately guided to grab onto Hades’ mangled body. Grasping him one after the other, the infused properties of Sloth would set in, beginning the grueling mental deterioration that would lead to Hades’ capture.

Description: This technique gets its name from one of the deadliest sins, sloth. The user begins by clapping their hands and focusing their Yin Release chakra behind them. The user creates several chakra arms (up to 8) behind them which are spiritual in nature. They do not appear to the naked senses, only Sage Mode users, Rinnegan and other Yin-Yang Release users can detect these hands. The best way to describe this technique is in relation to Madara’s Boader Jail technique. The arms are capable of physically interacting with the world and attacking or defending against physical constructs. However, the user can freely turn them completely intangible if they wish to bypass physical obstacles. The base usage of this technique allows the user to attack or defend covertly by freely manipulating the invisible arms. However, in their second form the user can add the “properties of sloth” to the hands which are dejection, idleness, and sleep. Dejection is a loss of will and focus translated in causing a victim to lose coherent perception of the world around them and weaken their ability to defend against genjutsu. Idleness is a loss of action which is translated to a hampered ability to cast techniques. Sleep is a loss of consciousness which is translated in a comatose state brought about by the sealing of one’s spirit if they are not sufficiently healed. The third and final form of this technique is brought about when the user introduces their Yang Release chakra which essentially makes the hands quasi-sentient and self-sufficient without the user’s mental input.
Note: all Yin Release users can use the base form of this technique. Yin Release masters or Yin-Yang users can use the second form. The final form of this technique can only be used by Yin-Yang users with a Yin affinity.
Note: The properties of sloth are spiritually degenerating properties. The more a victim interacts with the hands the worse they become. When touched by the hands once, the victim enters dejection and becomes unable to deduce A-rank and above genjutsu and unable to break S-rank genjutsu by any means. When touched twice the victim enters idleness and they become unable to perform techniques within a single time-frame. When touched thrice, the victim’s mind is sealed over the course of 2 turns and they enter a genjutsu that renders them a mindless puppet to the user. The properties of sloth can only affect victims if the hands are tangible. Switching between tangibility and intangibility requires a move.
Note: Genjutsu specialists and other Yin-Yang users can resist the properties of sloth through the use of counter genjutsu or Yin Release techniques like Yin State.
Note: This technique can be used once per battle. While in use, the user cannot use any non-elemental ninjutsu, Yang Release, or Yin-Yang Release techniques
