Terrain: A large flat rectangular earth terrain surrounded by a vast ocean. The earth plain itself is 20m in area and anything after that is miles of ocean.


Surrounded by the vast ocean isolated away from society.....this was the only place and way the young Uzumaki could find peace, or so he thought. Catching the feeling of another's presence creeping down his spine, Kagura got up from his lazily resting position before performing a few simple stretches to get his blood warmed up after being disturbed from such a great nap. Like a black hole sucking in everything within its vicinity Kagura finished off his stretching with a very loud yawn before cracking his neck to the left then right.

Hey you.....what is your name......purpose in life...and then ask yourself this.......is all of that really worth this sword?

Standing across from the man Orochimaru sizes him up. The Sannin had traveled far in search of the weapon he held and he intended to leave this place with it in his possession.

Is my ambition worth that sword? No. But I see nothing standing between me and it, just the ghost of its former wielder.


Orochimaru would appear relaxed and in a casual standing stance. He watched his opponent with interest to see how he would begin.

Starting the battle off with a blast Kagura wastes no time as he draws his sword and begins to rotate it in his hand in one fluid motion followed by two hand seals. The Uzumaki was then hoisted up into the air by a huge tidal wave that seemingly appeared from beneath his location to then propagate onto the field in every direction increasing in mass and volume. The massive waves would cover the small piece of earth in no time crushing anything and anyone standing in its way. The aftermath of the water technique used would leave a giant orb on the battlefield with Kagura standing at its epicenter on top, while his opponent lay damaged within its depths, suffering for air if still alive. Upon its formation into an orb a seal then appeared upon the surface beneath Kagura, increasing the density of the water inside the orb while the opponent is drained of chakra and prone to suffocation.

Description: Mizu no omo-sa is a fūin seal consisting of kanji that takes on the formation of a small square that uses water as a medium to trap their targets. It can be triggered after placing the seal on the opponent, in conjunction with a water technique released by the user, or by placing it on top of a water source of a certain size. When placed on a target and triggered, a small water source will burst forth from the seal as it simultaneously engulfs the opponent in water that forms into the shape of a square with the opponent in its midst. In this case where it is a single target the seal releases an adequate amount of water, based on the size of the target, trapping them in a square of water that has a 2m space gap between the target and each side as they are trapped within it. The process of engulfing the opponent within the water is swift, and upon forming the water greatly increases in density, preventing the target's movement as the seal drains away their chakra. This seal can also be used in conjunction with a water jutsu created by the user, triggered with an additional 2 hand seals, forcing the water technique to capture the target after its initial effect takes place. Depending on if the water technique used takes on a definite shape or not, the seal will then cause the water to form into a square or keep its definite shape if it has. The relative size of the water square in this scenario all depends on the amount of water used with the corresponding jutsu. A larger version of the seal then appears on the surface of one of the sides of the water jutsu as its effects are triggered. With this application multiple targets can be affected by this fūinjutsu as long as they are within the waters midst once it forms into a square. The seal can also be created and placed on top of a liquid source already present on the battlefield, deprived of chakra, or utilizing the user's chakra as long as they can touch it. For example, a user made or already existing liquid source with the target in its midst, the user can then place this seal creating the square kanji on its surface activating its effects as long as the entire source is within short range. The seal gradually weakens with time hence why once activated it only lasts for 3 turns before disappearing and changing the water under effect back to its regular state, and when using this technique in conjunction with a water technique that takes on a definite shape for a certain amount of turns the seal will still last 3 turns leaving the water technique on the field by itself if it lasts longer. In the case of the water released from the seal, upon disappearing the water breaks formation and runs onto the battlefield.

Orochimaru was standing in a relaxed stance, a smirk on his face as he observed the man before him, waiting for him to initiate the attack. As he forms hand seals and begins to spew forth water Orochimaru reacts by crouching and slamming his hands upon the earth while keeping his eyes trained on Kagura. By doing so he manipulates the entire earth platform except for a 7mx7m space around Kagura to rise up 15m at a rapid rate. By doing so he would effectively contain the water in that space and cause the waves that Kagura created to break against the walls and crash back towards him, threatening him with being struck by his own technique.

As the earth platform stops rising Orochimaru takes a couple of steps forwards so he is almost at the edge of the 'hole' that Kagura is in and regains sight of him. As he steps forwards Orochimaru channels lightning through his hands and sends tendrils of lightning down the hole, threatening the Uzumaki with the electrified water in conjunction with the danger of direct exposure.

Be careful not to be swallowed by the raging seas little whirlpool.

Other than being moved below ground relative to the surrounding surface the terrain is not altered, plant life and people retaining their same positions.

Suddenly the earth around Kagura begins to rise into the air at an alarming rate forcibly sending his own water technique out of control and back at him, an action he had the least to worry about. Utilizing the water all around him, Kagura swings and then sheathes his sword causing the mass of water to gather beneath him and form into a massive water dragon that passes close enough for the Uzumaki to grab on and hitch a ride out of the hole as he maintains control of the beast. The beast would surely make it out of the pit before the Legendary Sannin could complete his journey over to the edge of the pit, and once the two exit, Kagura hops off towards the right edge of the pit while directing the large water beast towards Orochimaru at an angle to his front left.

While doing this Kagura draws his sword once again, hoisting it towards the sky in one swift motion triggering yet another water jutsu created to increase the power of one already in existence. The already massive water dragon then triples in size to a range a little bigger than a boss summon before impacting the devious snake with massive bone breaking force, also sending him off of the platform left mangled high over the ocean. If caught the snake would then impact against the concrete surface of the ocean that breaks his towering fall.

Ninjas with a primary water specialty will be able to produce up to an S-Rank technique; ninjas with a secondary water specialty will be able to produce up to an A-Rank technique; normal water masters will produce the basic B-Rank technique. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.

As he was walking over towards the pit Orochimaru notices the sounds within the hole change. The water stops making the crashing, rushing noises normally associated with waves and instead begins to sound smoother, less haphazard similar to the running water of a stream or river. This indicates that the water was no longer acting naturally and was instead being manipulated for some purpose. Not wanting to give Kagura the chance to act Orochimaru stops, crouches and slams his hands on the ground in one motion while looking forwards towards the hole. By doing so he causes the earth comprising all 4 walls of the pit from the top all the way down vertically to crash inwards. The result would leave Kagura with rock seeming to come at him from all sides.

The Snake then keeps up the pressure by utilising the contact with the ground to channel non-destructive lightning through the earth and into the landslide of rock he created. By doing so he creates a duplicate of the landslide in the air above the original that would then begin to fall downwards. The duplicates would appear to simply be more rock however they are composed of powerful lightning.

Description: An elemental lightning technique based around shape manipulation, a concept deprived from Lightning Release: Lightning Blades Levitation and the Lightning Shadow Clone. The basic concept is, the user will either release unfocused lightning onto a conductible material (either through touch, or sending a bolt through the air, or ground), or inject this jutsu into preexisting lightning to harness the lightning technique/material. The user is able to create duplicates of the original jutsu. The appearance of the duplicated jutsu is exactly the same as the previous technique, their damaging property, rank, size, and purpose of jutsu is relatively the same as well. This technique can be used on streams, projectiles, humanoids, self-sustaining techs, etc. Most of the time "shocking" to touch, the lightning duplicate will have a certain amount of tangibility to remain in shape. The user can create an extra beast for attack, or another spear of lightning. Alternatively, when used on jutsus/weapons with lightning conducted on it, the user can create a duplicate from that as well (only tangible elements). The difference between using this jutsu on already existing lightning, or on conducted lightning, is that the conducted lightning (such as a kunai with nagashi), will appear to be an exact copy, its internal body composed of electricity, but in appearance looks regular as ever. And when struck, reverts back to a regular state of pure lightning. To the opponents eye's, this method would look simply like a clone of the original technique, though this might not fool some forms of sensory, and dojutsu. These duplicate jutsus can be controlled as a streaming, or can be aimed as a projectile. The duplicates are created short range of the original jutsu, but the user can inject/use this jutsu on techniques from virtually any range. The power of the duplicates is equally divided between the numbers created if needed by the user. A drawback to this jutsu is shape matters, it can be used on shaped/tangible lightning techniques, or tangible materials conducted with lightning. This can not be used on one's self with lightning armor based jutsus.

This technique can be used on streams, projectiles, humanoids, self-sustaining techs, etc. Most of the time "shocking" to touch, the lightning duplicate will have a certain amount of tangibility to remain in shape. The user can create an extra beast for attack, or another spear of lightning. Alternatively, when used on jutsus/weapons with lightning conducted on it, the user can create a duplicate from that as well (only tangible elements). The difference between using this jutsu on already existing lightning, or on conducted lightning, is that the conducted lightning (such as a kunai with nagashi), will appear to be an exact copy, its internal body composed of electricity, but in appearance looks regular as ever. And when struck, reverts back to a regular state of pure lightning. To the opponents eye's, this method would look simply like a clone of the original technique, though this might not fool some forms of sensory, and dojutsu. These duplicate jutsus can be controlled as a streaming, or can be aimed as a projectile. The duplicates are created short range of the original jutsu, but the user can inject/use this jutsu on techniques from virtually any range. The power of the duplicates is equally divided between the numbers created if needed by the user. A drawback to this jutsu is shape matters, it can be used on shaped/tangible lightning techniques, or tangible materials conducted with lightning. This can not be used on one's self with lightning armor based jutsus.

Kagura would suddenly see 4 skeletal fish appear right next to him as they each rip off a limb, leaving the Uzumaki as just a torso in immense pain. By doing so Orochimaru hijacks Kagura's chakra flow breaking the mans sustained hold over the water beast, causing it to fail and lose form as Kagura falls towards the ground.

Following the snap of his fingers Orochimaru forms two quick hand seals and focuses his lightning chakra into the water that formed the leviathan, taking control of the water as the beast loses its form. Orochimaru manipulates this water to slam into Kagura from all sides, crushing, shocking and drowning the Uzumaki all at once from the large, electrified water source. With Kagura's close proximity to the water he would be hard pressed to avoid his fate, Orochimaru would control the water to form an orb hovering in the air with Kagura trapped in its center.

Watch that first step, the water can be quite shocking.

On top of his noble beast Kagura suddenly faces off with four man eating fish that seemingly appeared out of nowhere in accordance to the snapping of the Legendary Sanin's fingers, a feat unknown to summons, and what made it worst they were only composed of their skeletal structure which is unnatural in itself. Genjutsu...? the Uzumaki thought to himself as the feeling of disgust followed suit. I mean, what type of man would resort to this sort of trickery in a fight of honor and strength!? A code Kagura stuck with no matter who he faced. Hmph, I'm going to skin you alive SNAKE!? the Paladin shouted as the skeletal fish bite into his limbs sending shocking pain throughout his body, a feeling that didn't last long as four chains of chakra manifested in his mind, erupting from his body where each of the fish bite in, killing them all before they could rip off his limbs thus ending the genjutsu. Having broken his focus on the water leviathan which began to fall apart underneath him, Kagura was left on a trajectory towards the ground at a forwards slant following his previous motion.

Known by some members of the Uzumaki clan, this technique is the manifestation of the strongest of chakras within the clan and not a simple Ninjutsu technique. The user is able to focus and materialize chains from their body that can be used for various purposes. However, what makes it a technique that goes beyond the normal Ninjutsu category is that the user can manifest these chains in reality, using them to attack, defend or restrict a given target but can also manifest these chains in his mind, in a purely spiritual field. This enables the technique to act as defense against mental attacks (Genjutsu, Yamanaka Clan techniques, etc) by using the spiritual manifestation of the chains to "attack" the mental intrusion and dispel it. It was this ability that allowed Uzumaki Kushina and Uzumaki Mito to serve as perfect vessels for the Bijuu Kurama, as they could use it to restrict the 9 Tails Demon Fox inside their bodies. When manifested as a Ninjutsu attack, it has both great range and strength. The chains can be used to attack (each chain ends in a kunai-like spear which can be used to pierce a target as a spear or the chains can be used to slam into the target or surround it and "crush" it) or defend (using the same methods) against enemies and techniques but its main purpose is to restrict and contain targets. The restriction effect is achieved partially due to two aspects: their physical strength (which restricts the target physically, preventing it from moving) and their inherent "sealing property". This property enables the chains to have a restriction effect that goes beyond the physical restriction, preventing the target from being summoned, teleporting, etc. This effect can be boosted to a full sealing effect (including the targets ability to mold chakra, etc) if the user spends additional chakra. The effect isn't a sealing technique, however, because it will only work while the user fuels it with chakra, unlike normal seals.

One predicament after a next it had seem as if Orochimaru had a fortified will for stealing Kagura's most prized possession, his Water Goddess, but little did he know that the Paladin's will for keeping the blade was just as strong. Kagura surged his sulfuron chakra throughout his body creating a coating of volcanic gas which hovered centimeters above his entire body creating a sort of defense against the attack that clashed against him. From an outside point of view his opponent may have seemed to have won, but as the lightning/water source made contact with the armor of sulphur it evaporated in bulk as the sulphur pressurized and released outwards as an omnidirectional burst of the volcanic gas that reaches towards the edge of short range all around Kagura leaving the residual gas on the battlefield as an effect.

Description: By channeling sulphur chakra to any part(s) of their body, the user is able to emit sulphur from that location to envelop it in a highly condensed coating of volcanic gas which hover centimeters above their body. This coating can severely burn through the opponent's skin giving them 4th degree burns which extend through the skin, into underlying fat, muscle and bone upon substantial contact. Momentary contact will only result in slight burns (1st Degree) while more prolonged contact will significantly worsen the severity of the victim's burns. This technique can be applied various parts of the body, the whole body at once or alternatively the user can channel the sulphur chakra into an external object to provide it with a coating of sulfuron like Kakashi does with Raikiri. If that method is applied to a projectile then the infused object can only travel up to Mid Range before the coating dissipates. Alternatively, when this technique is used on one's self the coating can be forced to erupt outwards in a radial manner, carrying any substances previously on the user's clothes or body along with it. When this variant is used, it can be achieved very quickly, allowing this technique to be used extremely quickly and minimize any damage afflicted to the user. This technique was developed should the user himself ever be covered in a constricting substance (vines, vegetation, etc). To an outside observer, the technique appears to be a sudden yet forceful burst of pressurized sulphur gas which is released from the user's body. The chassis of sulphur is comprised of highly condensed sulphur which means the user/opponent is not at risk of inhaling it.

Kagura would then thrust his hand forwards after unleashing the pressurized gas, manipulating it in shape and form, creating yet another large leviathan in front of him, but this time made of superheated sulphur that took on a degree of solidity as it moved towards Orochimaru with its jaws agape. By now Kagura would be on the ground running forwards with the intent to enter close proximity with the slithering serpent.

As the gas expands to short range Orochimaru focuses his katon chakra and stomps upon the ground, forming three pillars of fire beneath Kagura. The trio of flame would be in a triangle formation centered on the Uzumaki as he is vulnerable in the air, and upon reaching the gas the flames would cause the sulphur to ignite to Orochimaru's delight, creating a difficult situation as the Uzumaki is surrounded by a suddenly explosive cloud of gas of his own creation.

Taking his opponents distraction with the fire and sulphur as a oppourtunity, Orochimaru once again focuses his katon chakra into his hand forming a red glow. Orochimaru crouches to touch the earth as he looks forwards towards his opponent, by doing so he infested the earthen pillar with hundreds of beetles made of pure fire. Unkown to his opponent of course.

Description:
The user of this technique will focus huge amounts of katon chakra into a single hand, compressing all the chakra greatly which takes the form of a red glow around their hand. Then the user will simply touch the earth and with that fire will blaze through the earth underground and create a huge network of tiny tunnels in all directions. In these tunnels there is contained one thousand small beetles made of pure fire. These beetles are controlled by the user and can perform various tasks for them. When to directed they can burrow up out of the ground to attack the opponent, flying or climbing up their body while biting and burning them from their intense heat. The beetles can be used as a wide range attack, rising up from underground all over the battlefield or at one or multiple points, all up to the users will. After they attack the beetles will disperse harmlessly.

Note:
~When employed the user cannot use katon techniques above S rank in the same turn or the next
~Beetles can only be triggered once per use of the technique
~Technique can only be used 2 times per battle
~The beetles are present for 4 turns if not eliminated or used

Witnessing and hearing the eruption of the flaming pillars beginning to rise below him while in the air, Kagura takes in a deep breath as he angles his head towards the ground before releasing a powerful gust of wind that propels the shinobi at great speeds to a location above and then behind the Serpent as he draws one of his basic fuuin inscribed swords. While above Orochimaru Kagura throws his sword 3m to their left where a clone appears following that same trajectory as it then throws the sword towards Orochimaru where another clone appears grabbing the sword before delivering a 5 slash lethal combo to the chest and limbs of his opponent.

In the end, Kagura would land 5m behind Orochimaru while his first clone lands 5m to his left and the second clone rests within blade range as a sickly mist takes hold of the field due to the sulphur that was burned.

If the shadow clone has been discovered and is attacked, he is capable of immediately grasping the sword and slinging it again (of course if the attacking technique is of a large enough scale to catch the sword it will merely overpower the sword and seals and deactivate them fully if not defended from). From then on, a second shadow clone is unsealed who grabs the sword once more. This process continues to repeat up to a maximum of four times before the sword is unable to unseal any more clones. As he keeps watch over his opponent Orochimaru notices Kagura begin to release wind towards the ground, propelling him upwards. Reacting quickly Orochimaru forms two hand seals and takes advantage of the fact that Kagura is both moving quickly and looking downwards. The Sannin forms a large eagle with an intangible body composed of powerful cutting winds 5m behind Kagura in his path as he moves, before the creature moves forward to attack. With the Uzumaki moving quickly he would have almost no time to react before he meets the eagle and is shredded.

Not wanting to give the man a moment to spare Orochimaru bites his thumb to draw blood as he then wipes it across his summoning tattoo, focusing his chakra he slams his hand downwards while keeping watch over Kagura. By doing so he summons Manda the Boss of all snakes, the large serpent's body is in a 'U' shape behind Orochimaru and to both sides so he still has an unobstructed view of his opponent. As soon as he is summoned Manda utilizes his long body to whip his tail in a mace like attack from Kagura's right side.(while he is looking in the opposite direction to Manda & Orochimaru) The attack is aimed to swat the man out of the air before he even knows what happened.

So are those burns like everywhere? That has to hurt.

Description: The user will form two hand seals and focus their chakra into the air (must be outside five meters of the opponent) or wind technique. By doing so they will manipulate its shape, forming it into one of various sentient animals that can attack or defend for the user. The creature passively feeds off of the users chakra to keep both their shape and autonomy. The beasts size can vary while its body can either composed of powerful slicing winds or it can be made of fierce rotating winds that give the creature an almost physical form, allowing it to batter and smash through obstacles. When used on an existing wind technique, this technique can be performed without handseals and in the same time-frame as the previous jutsu. The two techniques do not stack or add to each other's damage, instead this technique takes on the power of the jutsu it's created from (i.e. using this on an S-Rank will make the animals deal 80 damage and the technique it was spawned from will disperse).

Description:
Manda is a gigantic, 100 meter long snake who serves as the "leader" of all snakes. Fierce and aggressive, Manda is a shrewd warrior. To summon Manda, the user takes a big gamble, as he can easily turn on its summoner if he so deems it. Not only that, but the sacrifice and the amount of chakra needed damages the user, making summoning Manda a forbidden act. Manda has some unique abilities. Extremely fast and strong, his tail acts as a sharp mace that he can fling at the enemies with ease, speed and tremendous power (capable of overcoming even A-Rank defenses). Manda is also capable of using his chakra for 2 unique techniques: he can borrow underground (even if its affected by up to A-Rank techniques), tunneling through the earth at enormous speed or shed his skin, using a sort of substitution technique, where he trades places with his shed skin. While underground, Manda can sense the vibrations through the earth and pinpoint the location of his enemy. While completely immune to techniques A-Rank and below, Manda can take one S-Rank attack and survive by shedding his skins afterwards, although this can only be done once.

Alright so it has been 12 days since I initially edited my move into my post, at which point I direct messaged you to let you know. Its also been 7 days since I VM'd you to remind you about the fight so I guess Im going to take the win, rather reluctantly since I wanted to kill you and take the sword >.>
