(Hyouton no Jutsu) Ice Release Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage: 30
Description: The user can use this jutsu to make it begin to snow down on the terrain, or, much like the “Earth Style Technique” the user can make small pillars or shields of pre-existing ice or make it materialize (if from Haku's Clan). If this is used to make snow, then after 3 to 4 turns most of the terrain will be covered.
I start by making a single hand seal making a large amount of ice spikes comes up fron every direction around you and under you.
Hissatsu Hyōsō ) Certain-Kill Ice Spears
Rank: B
Type: Attack/Defense
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage: 40
Description: The user will create a single, or a large abundance, of very large ice spikes that will protrude from the ground. The spikes were shown to have been about the size, taller even, than a small house. The user can make multiple spikes that will rise up simultaneously in the same general vicinity, or a single one.
haku watch carefully
upon seeing the nasghi head towards me i jump into the air makign an ice disk under me as to avoid the nasghi as i'm in the air i am also avoiding the ice prison.Upon seeing the snow; Huh.. snow against Blizzard. Lets get the show started. As Blizzard hears and feels the rumbling from beneath, He quickly releases a wave of Nagashi, assuming an earth or ice jutsu and knowing that he needs an over all defense, The lightning tears through the ice spikes coming towards you in weaker form.
(Raiton: Chidori Nagashi) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Current
Rank: A
Type: Offense/Defence
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electrically charged chakra from their body. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it only paralyzes. The lightning can be channelled through metal objects, as well as spread out into the air or ground.
As the lightning approaches Blizz makes a pillar emerge from the ground and encase you with ice ready to take on lightning right on.
(Hyouton: Hyōrō no Jutsu) Ice Release: Ice Prison Technique
Rank: C
Type: Attack/Defense
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage: 30
Description: The user will rise up what seems like a jagged pillar of ice from the ground, encasing their opponent and freezing them in place. The user can also use this on themselves, encasing themselves in ice to defend them from jutsu. Being an ice user, however, the user will still be able to move their arms and legs fluently while in the ice.
Sadly I feel that you just got paralyzed and prisoned. Nagashi is an uncontrolled wave of lightning, and it comes from up, front and probably sides. Using ice disc is an incorrect counter as the disc will break on contact with lightning and you will be prisoned. A video illustration;upon seeing the nasghi head towards me i jump into the air makign an ice disk under me as to avoid the nasghi as i'm in the air i am also avoiding the ice prison.
(Hyouton: Aisu Disuku no Jutsu) Ice Release: Ice Disk Technique
Rank: A
Type: Attack/Defense
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage: 60
Description: The user will gather particles into the air and change them into a disk of ice. The ice disks are transparent, and they are therefore nearly invisible at a distance, and difficult to dodge or see until they are very close. They can also be used as highly durable shields or can be used to allow the user to hover in the air by using standing on it. Because of their transparency, the ice disks can be used as a large lens to focus rays of heat from the sun into a powerful beam to capable of melting or exploding a pinpointed area.
As haku is in the air he jumps down and throws the disk at you

(Doton: Nentsuchi Otoshi) – Earth Release: Sticky Earth Drop
