I didnt use my curse mark till before the hallow mark huh......well as far as that is concerned I had the Earth Curse Mark Madara. There was nothing speacial to that one other than Super Strength and Super Speed and you can ask everyone that I used it against That I did use the Strength and the Speed, and for my Hallow Mark.......it is MINE...........I can take the abilities off and only have the Strength and the Speed I dont care.............For the Uchiha and Hyouton part I will continue fighting the way I have been since I got here and these rules wont stop me. So if no one wants to fight me after this post fine so be it.Well since we dont know and since ur a made up character u cant have the demon or use it if u did. And zanji or i cant use the hallow mark.
U can have an extra element with that because of the element box but since ur Uchiha and Hyouton u can pick eiter one on a battle and switch around. Plus b4 u had the hallow u had a curse mark where u basically turned into and charged into ppl but really didnt use its powers until u got the hallow so it basically didnt affect u much. And having it is just overpwered no offence and if u can have it thta means that evry character can customize themselves by having almost anything which isnt fair.

This is just so things are fair.I mean come on. U cant have a random character having curse mark can you?
Plus one kekkei genkai is more than enough. Wait, ill try and work something out okay?

madara calm down and zanji he`s gotta point hollow masks are bleach anime they dont exist in the world of naruto.The curse mark deal well you could have given it to your self all curse marks increase speed strenght and chakra but at damage to the user so if your gonna use the curse mark make sure you do damage to your self every turn.

yea but sealing jutsu are joinin and above rank jutsu jutsu ref the episode were orochimaru and kakashi are about to fight(when hes sealing the cures mark)since hes a custom character how do we realy know what jutsu he knows?Thats why I`ve been stating that we need rules with structure so this wouldnt be happening.To be fair to all the rules must be made to benifiet all and not a few there should be rules made all the way to the slightest detail or you`ll get flooded with angry pm`s asking who or why was so and so able to do this and that.When you make rules remember that your the one who will get grilled if you make them and dont fully explain everything.Do you realy wont people who rank genin using s-rank missions or 4 or 5 elements?Thats the whole point of ranks so that with each level up your able to use more jutsu and do more things.Have you ever played call of duty 4,if so then you know you gotta rank up to get the good guns armor and extras.If you havent plyed that one ref rainbow 6 vegas same thing you gotta level up to use a shield or the best of guns.All I`m saying is amke sound rules that dont give any one the advantage or there will be chaos in the arena.

I know about the ranks. Thats why im updating it all the time. That is also why im asking if i forgot anything, like this. I would edit this but it wont let me go post 10,000 character so ill have to make it in two posts. But ill add that in.
Madara the rules must center around the ranks thats why there there genin cant use high level jutsu as noted by kakashi in the 3rd or 4th episode when sasuke used fire style.All custom characters must post there bio in the rpg characcter bio thread so we know there abilities all new commers start as genin and can only use there avaters jutsu or the basics and there choosen element.all custom jutsu must be posted some where or added to my jutsu site so we all know what it does and not custom jutsu elemements that arent real.example is plasma or lava since that would be a bloodline trait but you could make lava as seen in the third hokage and orochimaru battle.
ok look if i have to I`ll make a php form and code so that each person is limited to how many jutsu they can use per match and per turn and ask Versuvio to add it to the battle arena area to stop all of the cheating thats going on in the arena.Silent Homicide isnt a unique jutsu but only mist ninja know it its used with hidden mist jutsu and the voice throwning jutsu.the combo is this you hide in the mist and use the voice throwing to cast your voice all over and silently sneek up and kill your opponent.Tsunade I`m workingon the medical jutsu should I make it on one page or state that ist medical?
