Yea, I just think a space/time jutsu should be able to dodge an attack, since that's what it's technically created for in the first place. It's second purpose is always offensive.

Well to get back on subject, for once, the basic overview that I've got so far is:

It seems like the new Chakra and Health system left out the newer Special Jounin ranks. So wouldn't it be better to be something like:

This setup increments the Chakra/Health by 30 units per rank. Just wondering what everyone else things.

Yea, first off.. I posted a new chakra/health system based around the ranking system on what was missed in the post above, if anyone has any changes go ahead. My question, more of a suggestion, is if anyone is going to setup a overview of the rules? I'm wondering because I've been bouncing back and forth gathering information trying to find what is the most up-to-date, and what is not, and then trying to hunt down useful information between general conversation. It's getting a bit difficult to manage not actually being involved from the beginning of the thread.

Major things I'm interested in at the moment is how do you score jutsu. For example, I use the technique:

Raiton, Gian (Lightning Style, False Darkness)
- The user calls up their chakra to release a strong bolt of electricity from their mouth. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

It's one of my strongest techniques. What system would I use to grade the chakra usage and damage it inflicts on the opponent?

well eveyone will have 1 ultimate, so if its your strongest, make it your ultimate. if not make it a 20chakra/40damage, because you say its as powerful as chidori.............and also LOVE your new health and chakra grid. in my opinion we should use tsukoshi grid.

1.)no "o" in chunin
2.)Special jounin right after chunin b4 jounin
3.)Jounin/anbu almost the same and when reach 500 posts can choose either.

Special Jounin are defined as:
"A Jounin that specializes in a specific area of expertise. Morino Ibiki, for example, is head of the Konoha's Interrogation Unit, which is basically torture. Anko is a Special Jounin because of her familiarity with the recent Village of Sound, which Konoha has next to no information about. ANBU teams, which serve as police and assassination squads, are also Special Jounins."

So wouldn't they be on the same rank as Anbu. I was thinking, maybe:

I mean, I suppose technically you can be Special Jounin before or after Jounin.. but I think Anbu should be linked into Special Jounin where ever it's located.

I would really like some feedback on that latest grid.. I don't like Anbu being so close to Chunin, it just doesn't seem like it belongs, but on the other hand, evidence clearly states that Anbu is a Special Jounin position.. And Madara is right that Special Jounin is more often than not considered a lower position than Jounin... I'm kinda racking my brain about how this should work but I'm comming up spades.
