new rule, sharingan will be able to copy jutsu, but it counts as your jutsu for the turn and you can only use that jutsu once in the fight.

that would be too spread out in chakra. also small new rule. u can NOT jump out of they way of a jutsu anymore, you must either use a jutsu to defend. or use one of your abilities to stop the jutsu.

So I couldn't use like shunshin no jutsu or anything along those line to avoid an attack?

That would technically be "using a jutsu to defend".. or at least I would consider it to be. Any space/time jutsu would. But I would put a limiter on them, like they can't be used twice in a row, or something like that.

Or instead of a limiter, just have them considered to be higher level chakra moves, like 20 chakra or something like that so the user wouldn't want to use it so often.
