By submitting in this thread, u are bound to obey to all rules; also, Rei keeps all rights to decline the submitted custom clans, pointing out no reason, and no improvement suggestions. However, the submitter can always fill out a complaint and PM it to me, then we will handle it in private.

This is discrimination! ONE staff member decides which submission to approve and which not
Recently,this staff members relationship with some of the members has been really bad, so that means the staff member would disapprove some good ideas of these members

This has been going now for some months now with the custom elements.
The idea behind it, is the same;
Also all members have the right to report to the administrators any member of the crew for discrimination or unfairness. Is this your case?

Would it actually be acknowledged by the admin or would it just be yourself again on his account?That is the main question as we know you can access his account,and don't think we don't know you don't. As for me ''not being silenced' and 'stop coming to silly conclusions' I found this quite amusing aswell as silencing pesh ^_^

what happened back then was a prank, V was on his account and i was on mine xD some people knew about it all along, but i trust they didn't tell you.

Administrators -with skills- of forums -descent ones- have their accounts IP protected, not even using a proxy you can get in. Meaning that even if i knew his password, which i don't of course, i would still be unable to log into his account.

Jeez, now i really sympathize you, you need it xd

Yes, you have all your existing customs, nothing is deleted. You can delete as many of them that you want, but you have to update your thread in the Custom Users groups asap as you do that.
Of course, all that when i am ready to make the threads public again xd

Guess a great part of my customs will be deleted (thanks a lot for that^^) btw, i cant access the custom jutsu user's forum, at least i dont see any option to enter on it.

And arent custom clans almost the same thing as custom elements? Yeah its s whole clan but since you talked about advanced elements, wouldnt that be more like a custom element? I tought custom clans would have special abbilities, like sensing or.. idk, something a little simplier, not advanced elements, because thats just like Custom Elements and only Kage/Sage rank ppl can use them but with an entire clan, everyone will be able to use it

2. No that was only if the clan wants to have a special KG. This needed to be based on some elements, to have a strong background to support it.
If a clan doesn't want to have a KG, it can have the abilities you mentioned in your post No, everyone in that Clan will get trained by the Sage/leader, they will update their bios mentioning they come from that clan, but you can be in only one of them. All that, if you can pass my mission of course
