* Description: User creates rain over the battlefield or exploits any rain already active. The user adds acidic properties to the rain creating acid rain. This is different from normal acid rain, The user uses highly concentrated hydrofluoric acid. This acid is undetectable and the opponent has no way of knowing that they have been exposed.
*After the second turn of exposure the opponent collapses and can no longer move due to the effects of exposure* (unless they are a Kaguya who have stronger bones)
*Even After Being dispersed this jutsu leaves pools of hydrofluoric acid all over the battlefield which the user can use for further manipulation.*

As far as human flesh goes, there is no question that HF (hydrogen fluoride / hydrofluoric acid) is the most corrosive.
First, HF causes no painful burns on contact which allows it to seep deeply into human tissue without notice.
The fluoride cation combines with the calcium in bones to dissociate calcium, causing the bones to essentially slowly liquefy. Local skin, muscle and fat necrosis follows soon after.
Usually local and IV infusions of calcium gluconate are used to stop the reaction but often it is far too late, and the egregious necrosis requires limb amputation

For 1 turn a massive deluge of acid comes down to earth. This Acid Causes Sever Burns on whatever it touches. The Acid turns the Terrain into a desolate wasteland, killing off all the plant life and disintegrating trees. It seeps into and scorches the earth, turning it Black while killing roots and life underground. If a wind jutsu is used to counter, the acid will dry out and the result will be corrosive and flammable acidic powder which falls to the ground like snow, still retaining its damaging effect. If a Fire Jutsu is used, the acid will evaporate into very deadly vapor which can cause blindness or suffocation. The Corrosive nature of the acid will cause it to eat through even the toughest earth defenses. (There are acids that burn through steel)
This Acid will also send the Ph value of any water source through the roof making the user?s water jutsu more damaging (+10 Dmg to all water jutsu from a water source)
