Descripton:The user makes a whirling sphere of water. This sphere can then emit whips of water, which can seek out and impale his target.
Capable of attacking multiple enemies.
mixed with the whips making it stronger, i make 2 whips (that are mixed with earth now) attack your to your right and left. then i quickly use
(Katon: Housenka No Jutsu) - Fire Style: Phoenix Flower Jutsu

When I go into the sky I dodge your whips and I dodge your fire, if I didn't dodge your fire, then I would when I dash back down. Afterwards, I finish with:

then i puch the air making a ortex of wind that is combined with the fire, due to your speed u cant dodge the attack and with the mist u cant see me performing the jutsus
idk too, in other battles i used that i couldnt see where the enemy was.
but u can do it as u could see it. oh, and since your doing your lightning jutsu i dont think u could perform any. u need to stop it and do other jutsu (if im not mistaken)
