and about your second attack it cant be perfomred bec its a not a shadow clone its a noraml clone and in the descripsen its stated that the clones cant use jutsus ^^

nope bec i dont seal your abilty too use the element i use it too seal the attack and i need to be in contact whit the attack or the thing im sealing and the water was under me so it works ^^(think of this jutsu as jiraya sealed amatarasu after his fight whit itachi in the tsunade arc)
