Ok, I see people really dislike the idea of Ben Affleck portraying Batman in the Man of Steel Sequel. I can understand why, after the Dark Knight franchise we just cant imagine anyone else besides Christian Bale as the cape crusader, not to mention Ben's history with bad films, although he's made up for them with films like Argo and The Town(genius). Its also scary to think of another A-lister taking on the weight of this role since so many have tried and failed epiclly, but I would like to remind you all that although Christian Bell was an amazing batman, he is only responsible for maybe 40% of the films genius IMO, the rest goes to Christopher Nolan. With Films such as Memento, Inception etc etc Nolan has become one of Hollywood's go to Directors. So with that being said, it leaves one to wonder what if George Clooney, Val Kilmer would have had a director who approached the film the right way? Would they have been more successful? They are good actors after all, Cloony's track record speaks for it self, Val has some what fell off, but that doesn't mean he isn't a good actor, this is just the ways of Hollywood, not so long ago Robert Downey Jr. was a junkie and a joke.
