Again, very well done. There's really nothing I can add to those. :p

Here are the next two:

These can be a little tricky. They used to have a much more vague description which often led to confusion and misuse in our RP, but they've since been re-vamped to be more clear.

I want you to do the same as you just did, but also describe how someone would go about defending against both.
Thanks :p I'm not as confident in these answers though;

The (Kanashibari no Jutsu) - Temporary Body Paralysis Technique allows the user to bind and physically restrain an opponent for a short period of time, as if they were securely tied down by invisible ropes. This techniques strong points is the fact that it can be used against multiple enemies simultaneously, and because of that, can come in handy in certain situations during a fight. One of the potential weaknesses within this technique is that, according to the description, it can only be used against animals; Another of its weaknesses is that, with enough brute force, the binding can be broken by the afflicted person themselves. This technique can be used in several situations as a more than adequate set-up for a strong follow up. If I was to assume how one would go about defending against or breaking out of this technique, because it can only be used against animals, almost like an insect in a spiders web, all they'd have to do is struggle to break free.

------

The (Sakki) - Killing Intent technique allows one to give off a powerful murderous intent that can literally paralyze an opponent(s) with fear - The stronger the user the stronger the hold over the opponent, even to the point of causing someone to hallucinate and witness their own untimely demise. One strong point in this technique is that, the greater the difference in strength between the user and the opponent (The user being stronger in this case) the stronger the binding is. One of the weaknesses in this technique is that range affects the strength of the binding - The closer someone is to the user, the stronger the binding; Conversely, the farther away they are, the weaker it is. Another potential weakness (which was also listed as a strength) could be that the strength of the binding also depends on the users rank - An S-Class Ninja like me wouldn't have much success trying to bind a Sage level fighter like you, sensei. Like the Temporary Body Paralysis technique, this one can be used as a more than effective setup for a follow up attack - Only this jutsu affect people too. One option (I think) for defending against this technique would be to use Chidori Current to snap yourself out of it, especially since the technique can easily be mistaken as a Genjutsu; If your lucky, a person who mistakenly believes this technique to be Genjutsu might intentionally hurt themselves to purge the feeling (Dependent on rank and range).

Good.

For Killing Intent, its better to use it as a follow up rather than a set up. If you try to use it as a set up its not going to do much because it only lasts while you're focused on preforming it. The moment you stop using it your opponent returns to normal. Its also good if you're fighting along side someone, as one of you can use it while the other attacks. And also pain is a valid way to overcome this. If you remember, we saw this when Orochimaru used it on Sasuke. Sasuke was able to break it by stabbing himself with a kunai. Nagashi on the other hand doesn't work here. The reason it works with genjutsu is because its a burst of chakra through your entire body. This breaks the genjutsu because it jump starts your chakra system returning it to normal. Since Killing Intent doesn't alter your chakra flow, a technique like nagashi would have no affect, though it can be used to defend yourself from an attack while paralyzed since it doesn't require hand seals.

Go into detail and explain the limits of Killing Intent against an opponent 2 ranks below, 1 rank below, equal, 1 rank above and 2 ranks above you.

Then, use it in a combo against an opponent equal to you at mid-range.

Ohh - Thanks for the clarification

Hrm, so, if there is a difference in strength of two ranks or more, then the enemy will be temporarily frozen, the fear overwhelming them to the point that they're temporarily paralyzed. The paralysis seems to get weaker with time, and is proportionally weaker with multiple targets (The more people targeted, the weaker it is). If the difference between the users and opponents respective strength is less than two ranks, the afflicted person will experience a sudden 'pressure,' making them prone to make a mistake, like for example, possibly messing up a string of handseals. If it comes down to using it against another person of the same rank, the strength of the technique relies on how strong the user is in comparison to the opponent; e.g. Two Sannin ranked people fight - whichever of them is 'the more experienced' will have the stronger killing intent (I think). Depending on the users strength in comparison, the opponent can experience anything from a slight chill running down the spine, to physically and briefly stumbling somewhere in their assault.

Fighting an opponent of equal rank from Mid-Range, I'd probably rely on the shadow clone technique (Assuming I'm allowed to use it in this scenario) and have my clone use killing intent to (at least) momentarily disrupt their concentration; Simultaneously, I'd use a fast and effective technique to try and dispatch that opponent - A technique like, say, Earth Release: Stone Spikes.

Na, it would just be equal since they're the same rank. Other than that, good. ^^

The example is good as well.

The moment I say this I form two hand seals and create a swamp below you. Once the swamp is formed I glare at you with tremendous killing intent, overwhelming you with fear as the swamp drags you under.

(Doton: Yomi Numa) - Earth Style: Swamp of the Underworld
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

(Sakki) - Killing Intent
Rank: D - S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: N/A
Description: Killing Intent pertains to the ability of the user giving off their pure killing intention and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death, nausea, pain, etc. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all; simply a showcase of intention and power. The target will feel as if facing an overwhelming enemy and, even if not a sensor, will suddenly feel the pressure of the users chakra and its magnitude, making the effect that much more dramatic. To effectively be used, the user needs to focus on his target and concentrate on the killing intent towards it, meaning that one must see the target and be focused on it. The strength of the Killing Intent is dependent on many factors and go through several levels. If a difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel only the pressure and the ominous presence of their dark intentions. Its enough to lose your grasp on a weapon or stay clinched to it (depending on the situation) or even to hesitate in an attack, stumble or mess up a handseal, all depending on the situation and proximity. The effect is small and normally not that significant but can be effectively used to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of 2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be frozen, almost unable to move as the overwhelming killing intent dominates their own conscious and riddles them with nightmarish versions of death. The paralyzation gradually weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while the user is focused on the target. The further away the target, the weaker it is and it can only fully paralyze a target within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses on, the weaker the effect is in each one (divinding the effects equally between the number of targets). Lastly, the stronger the user is in relation to the target, the stronger the effect will be. The target can counter Killing Intent directed at it through pain, "mind cleansing" techniques or their own Killing Intent.
Note: Intensity of technique depends on the rank of the user, distance to target and number of targets one is focusing on
Note: Can only be used once
Note: Lasts only while the user is focusing on it and while focusing on it the user can't mold chakra

Now, defend against that while. For the purpose of this exercise lets say you're 1 rank below me.

Now, defend against that while. For the purpose of this exercise lets say you're 1 rank below me.
*(Using techniques I haven't learned yet)*

When you perform the two handseals and shift the ground beneath me into mud, I begin to prepare a defense, yet at that point, I get caught in your Killing Intent. Without hesitation, I decide to shoot a few finger bullets from my right hand into my left shoulder and other parts of my left arm, using the pain as a means to escape the fear impeding my movements. Afterwards, I grow bones out of each of the bullet holes, pushing out each of the bullets from the holes in my arm.

(Teshi Sendan) - Ten Finger Drilling Bullets
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 30
Description: Using the Shikotsumyaku ("Dead Bone Pulse") the user is able to fire their distal phalange(finger-tip) bones as bullets. As the bones fly through the air, they will rotate and drill into their target once they make contact. Because of the Kaguya Clan's fast regenerative abilities, the rate of fire from and supply of bones can become limitless.

Now caught in the swamp because of your Killing Intent, I form bone spikes that begin to emerge from around me as the epicenter, spreading out into a forest of bone. Rising up from the ground and covering the entire field, I merge with and conceal myself within the bone to escape the swamp and move to the area several meters behind your previous location, where I re-emerge. This allows me to escape while simultaneously attacking you.

(Sawarabi no Mai) - Dance of the Young Ferns
Rank: S
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 45
Damage Points: 80
Description: Sawarabi no Mai is the fifth and last of the five Kaguya dance forms. The User causes a giant forest of tall sharp bone spikes to burst up from the ground covering the entire field. While active, the user can merge themselves into the bone trees at will to attack their target from whichever spike they want.

Nice use of your KG. Now I'm not trained as a Kaguya, but I believe that the act of forming bones through your skin causes pain as well. So you probably didn't need to shoot yourself with the bullets, since the act of releasing said bullets would probably cause sufficient pain.

On to the next techniques.

(Shunshin no Jutsu) - Body Flicker Technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost:10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement, the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.
Body Flicker is banned from use in battles, even though its on the jutsu list. The reason for this is because it can be easily abused to just endlessly avoid techniques.

Now answer the questions I listed earlier for the next four techniques:

(Utsusemi no Jutsu) - Empty Cicada Shell Technique
Rank: D
Type:Supplementary
Range:Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points:N/A
Description: Forming the needed hand seal Ram, a shinobi can project his voice to a different area to hide their location and the number of allies at their side. It is an excellent complement to stealth tactics.

(Muon Satsujin Jutsu) - Silent Homicide Technique
Rank: D
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:10
Damage Points:20
Description: Muon Satsujin Jutsu, the ability to commit a silent homicide, is a technique to dispatch your foe with no warning. Your quick speed and skills will instantly kill them before they can provide a defense.
Tactic:Best used with Hidden Mist jutsu.

(Kage Makibishi no Jutsu) - Shadow Makibishi Technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 10
Description: A simple ninja technique in which the user deploys a smoke bomb and is used to lay down the makibishi undercover so that the enemy target will not notice. This technique is used to cause some damage and slow the enemy target down when they stand on them.

(Kage Nawa no Jutsu) - Shadow Rope Technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will use a black rope infused with their chakra to hold down and trap their opponent.

Now answer the questions I listed earlier for the next four techniques:
The bones protruding through our skin does indeed cause pain, though, we've been told that using it to break Genjutsu would be considered invalid. The reason behind this was apparently because the Kaguya repeatedly experience this pain, we in turn build up a certain tolerance to that pain (and pain in general) to the point that it's no longer enough to break an illusion. If I remember correctly, someone even failed their Kaguya test because that was considered an invalid way to break Genjutsu.

Tis why I thought it necessary to shoot myself :p

It's kind of like a double-edged sword - Our bodies are resilient, our powers formidable, and to a certain extent, our tolerance to pain coveted; Yet even still, we'll always be visibly shook up by the invisible bully.

------

The (Utsusemi no Jutsu) - Empty Cicada Shell Technique, a useful skill for deception, allows the user to project their voice over an area away from their actual location. The most prominent strength of this technique would have to be the ability to deceive the enemy, when using stealth, as to your whereabouts along with the number of your allies. The weakness in this technique would probably be that .... . One situation in which this technique could be used would be, for example, to set up a successful ambush by using this technique to not only hide the amount of allies one has, but lure an enemy into a trap with the sound of the user's voice. To avoid or defend against this technique, you could cancel out the sound by making some sort of noise, or better yet, use your own form of sonar to detect enemy presence (Periodically making some noise of your own and using human echolocation - Sound Release doesn't necessarily have to play any part in it).

------

The (Muon Satsujin Jutsu) - Silent Homicide Technique, most efficiently utilized by those who fight from within the mist, is more of a general skill that allows the user to murder a target with little to no warning by previously and skillfully concealing their presence. It's greatest strength would have to be the user's incredible stealth, and the ability to dispatch a foe effortlessly, and without ever alluding to your presence. The weakness in this technique would probably be that it is in fact a general skill, and anyone else possessing a similar set of skills (being a skilled mercenary or assassin) may be able to fight back even despite one's best efforts to conceal themselves. This technique, as we've seen, is best used while concealing one's own presence within the hidden mist jutsu and assassinating a foe, making for an easy, and especially efficient method of killing. One possible way to avoid this technique would be to create clones and spread out a bit - This way, with more indistinguishable copies, the chance the real you gets found out is proportionally lower, and if a clone is killed, the information on will immediately return to you, the original, and you could counterattack.

------

The (Kage Makibishi no Jutsu) - Shadow Makibishi Technique, a useful technique when in close quarters, the user will skillfully toss makibishi over the ground in an attempt to reduce the speed of and damage their opponents feet. The strength in this technique lies in the cloud of smoke, being used to effectively conceal the spreading of makibishi spikes, along with any of the users movements. The weakness in this technique would probably be that, without establishing some sort of elaborate ruse, it's not often that you intentionally walk into a plume of smoke clearly created by your opponent - There's also the possibility that the opponent can read the air currents depending on the users movement (should the user also conceal himself), kind of like what Asuma did when he used the Fire Release: Ash Pile Burning technique. One particular situation in which this technique could be used would be to concel the user's movements within the smoke, using the cover to create a clone after laying out the makibishi. The clone could be used several ways, e.g. hide underground and attack afterwards, act as little more than a feint by charging the enemy - Though they'd also have to avoid the makibishi, or simply using it as a means of luring opponent into stepping on the makibishi. One way to avoid this technique would be to simply rely on your senses - If someone used this against me I would either use deduction and my senses (human echolocation) to determine what's happening and the proper course of action.

------

The (Kage Nawa no Jutsu) - Shadow Rope Technique, simply put, allows the user to bind their opponent with a rope. The strong point in this technique is that, whether used on an opponent or to satisfy a kinky fetish, the rope can be used to effectively subdue an opponent to the point of helplessness. The weak point in this technique would have to be in extremely close quarters, and outside a game of S&M, it's not too often that people willingly allow you to tie them up, meaning there's got to be some tact to it. One such instance when this technique could be used for interrogation, to keep the subject bound and in place. I'm not sure I can go as far as to state that there's a specific way to avoid or break out of this technique other than to simply not get caught, or break out using any means necessary - whether it means cutting through the rope or possibly even losing an appendage in process.

Na, that is Sound Release. There's actually a Sound Release echo-location technique that already exists. :p

(Ototon: Naiteki Ne no Jutsu) - Sound Release: Inner Sonar Skill
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user enhancing their hearing by utilizing chakra and enfusing their sound waves from their mouth. With their breathing sound waves emerge and bounce off of objects having them know wherever everything is around them.

Other than that, good as usual. ^^

Let's finish up D-rank. Here is the last batch:

(Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu) – Haze Clone Technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Long
Chakra cost: 10
Damage N/A
Description: Haze clone technique is like the regular clone technique in creating intangible clones, although these clones will let the enemy go through them. The Sharingan can see through the illusions. However these clones cannot cause any damage as they are illusions only.

(Ninpo: Kyojin Shuriken no Jutsu) - Ninja Art: Giant Shuriken Technique
Rank: D
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: 20
Description: The user throws a Demon Wind Shuriken towards the enemy and uses his chakra to massively enlarge the shuriken, brutally striking the enemy, sending them flying.

(Ninpo: Kakuu no mai ) - Ninja Art: Arrial Dance
Rank: D
Type: Offensive
Range: short - mid
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: 20
Description: The user will release several barrages of kunai at their opponent.

(Sōshuriken no Jutsu) - Manipulated Shuriken Techique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 15
Description: With this technique a translucent string, both elastic and highly durable, is attached to a shuriken, making it possible to alter its path after having thrown it. An expert will have the ability to freely glide the shuriken in any direction with just a single movement of their fingertip. The first attack, challenging the enemy, is avoided and after a time-lag of several seconds, it will come from behind. Depending on the performance, the possible tactics can be infinite.

Let's finish up D-rank. Here is the last batch:
Oh, my bad :x

The (Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu) – Haze Clone Technique allows the user to create 'illusionary,' intangible clones for use in battle. One strength of this technique is the fact that it can be used for strategic purposes to deceive an enemy, even if only briefly. The weakness in this technique would probably be that the clones are intangible - If the opponent tried to attack them, they'd pass right through each other. One way they can be used is perhaps in the Hidden Mist technique - Since they don't really have much "substance," they might be able to silently sneak up on and confuse an enemy, leaving them open to attack. Since we were talking about the Inner Sonar Skill just a second ago - Since the clones are only illusions, you could trick a sound user, since sound waves can't really bounce off of something without substance. One way to defend against this technique could be with simply deduction - Similar to the E-Ranked clone technique, they don't really have substance if their illusions, they shouldn't leave imprints in the ground when they walk (I think - Not too sure on this).

------

The (Ninpo: Kyojin Shuriken no Jutsu) - Ninja Art: Giant Shuriken Technique allows a user to suddenly and drastically increase the size of a thrown demon wind shuriken for offensive purposes. The strong point of this technique is probably the fact that suddenly enlarging a thrown weapon can make it increasingly hard to avoid or defend against. The weak point of this technique lies within the weapon itself - Prepping a Demon Wind Shuriken for use takes some time, leaving the user open for a brief period of time; However brief, one cannot afford to leave themselves open to an opponent. One way it could be used more efficiently was if the user had an already prepared demon wind shuriken, threw it, and strategically enlarged the shuriken at the last possible second to deceive an opponent similar to what Naruto did with his Rasenshuriken in sage mode. The user could also use another complementary technique to increase the chances of the shuriken hitting its mark. To avoid this technique, the user would probably rely on some elemental ninjutsu, like the below example:

(Fūton: Sensougouheki) - Wind Release: Rumbling wind wall
Rank: D
Type: Attack/Defence
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Description: User creates a wall of spinning wind in front of him that is used to push back weapons thrown towards him. It can also be used against taijutsu close range attacks, but the wall can be pushed back with a stronger wind jutsu or if a smoke bomb or explosive tag touches the spinning wind they will automatically get activated because of the sharpness of the wind element, damaging the user also.

------

The (Ninpo: Kakuu no mai ) - Ninja Art: Arrial Dance is a simple technique that allows the user to skillfully toss a barrage of kunai towards an opponent. The strong point in this technique is probably just that - the fact that the user throws many kunai at once, making it harder to evade with weapons coming from every which direction. Because there are a lot, there might also be that psychological pressure from seeing so many knives flying at you at once. The weak point in this technique could very well lie in its simplicity, and the fact that although the user will throw a barrage of weapons, the technique can still be easily defended against. To execute this technique more efficiently, it might be necessary to first establish some sort of set-up, like using flashbangs or even a smoke bomb to temporarily take out an opponent's sense of sight and then throwing the weapons. One way to avoid this technique, like above, is to rely on elemental ninjutsu, but mainly jutsu that have "substance," to completely block the shuriken.

------

The (Sōshuriken no Jutsu) - Manipulated Shuriken Techique allows a user to guide and alter the direction of a thrown shuriken while in mid-air. The strength in this technique probably lies within its versatility, and the fact that it can be used or applied to different situations in different ways - It seems to rely on a feint (deceiving the opponent into avoiding) in order to increase the chance of hitting the opponent a second time around. The weakness in this technique probably lies in the fact that this technique seems to rely on the opponent avoiding the first strike - They could, instead, knock the weapon out of the air and onto the ground. On situation in which this technique could be used would be in close range combat - The user could toss the shuriken and rush the enemy while running behind the weapon. This way, maybe you could draw some attention off of the shuriken and onto yourself, leading them to avoid and possibly be better prepared for your frontal attack (Meanwhile, the shuriken would come back around from behind). One way one may defend against this technique by knocking the shuriken out of the air in stead of avoiding - You could knock it out of the air by intercepting it in mid air with another weapon.

(Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu) – Haze Clone Technique - Good. Though I'm not sure this would confuse a sound user. In fact, I think a sound user using the inner sonar skill would be able to deduce the clone is just an illusion even faster since their sound waves won't interact with it.

(Ninpo: Kyojin Shuriken no Jutsu) - Ninja Art: Giant Shuriken Technique - Good, nothing to add here.

(Ninpo: Kakuu no mai ) - Ninja Art: Arrial Dance - Another advantage of this technique is the ability to preform it many different ways in many different situations. This lets you get creative with it and lets you target different things.

(Sōshuriken no Jutsu) - Manipulated Shuriken Techique - Good.

That concludes D-rank ninjutsu. I'm sure you'll notice there are a bunch we didn't go over, but those are character/ability specific techniques.

Any questions before moving on?

Alright, on to the C-ranks.

First batch:

Also, if you have any questions about the techniques we skip, feel free to ask. ^^
Sure, will do ^_^

The (Chakura Kyūin no Jutsu) - Chakra Absorption Technique, bluntly put, allows the user to rob an opponent of their chakra and add it to their own stockpile of reserve energy. The strength in the technique is that a user can absorb and convert an enemy's chakra into energy made directly available to the user. The weakness in this technique has to be that it requires physical contact throughout the duration of the process, proving a lot of opportunity to possibly break the users hold. Additionally, there is a set amount of chakra to be absorbed each turn. One situation in which this technique can be used is in a hand-to-hand fight; Using a more counter-offensive style of fighting, the user could attack and grasp the opponent (you could do a take down like in judo, for example) in order to sap their chakra, and their strength, making the more susceptible to a follow up attack. This technique can be avoided by using physical strength to counter attack in close (hand to hand) combat, forcing the user to release their grip. If this can't be done, you could also use a technique like Chidori Nagashi in order to paralyze the user of this technique, and deal a powerful follow up.

------

The (Soryu no Mai) - Rising Dragon Dance technique is a simple jutsu that allows the user to throw a barrage of ninja weapons in all directions. The strength in this technique is probably the fact that the user can toss the weapons in all directions, while the weakness is probably the fact that the user is left temporarily vulnerable while they are spinning in the air tossing the weapons, and could be subject to immediate counter attack. On situation in which this technique can be used is if the user is surrounded on all sides, the user could use the weapons to hit every enemy around them. One way in which one can defend against this technique is to rely on Ninjutsu - Most defensive techniques serve as an adequate shield against the non-chakra infused weapons.

------

The (Sōgu: Shikyū Geki) - Manipulated Tools: Deadly Spheres Strike technique allows the user to summon a volley of maces. The strength in this technique is that the large number of spiked metal balls will discourage the opponent from entering short range which, strategically speaking, could be good if you excel at longer ranged attacks. The weak point in this technique is probably that the technique is short ranged, and probably can't really be used for anything other than to discourage someone. One situation in which this technique could be used is if an enemy or enemies, specifically if they happened to be skilled in close combat, are running towards the user, as a means of discouraging them and catching them off guard as they run (offering a minimal margin for evasion). One could defend against this technique with most defensive ninjutsu for the same aforementioned reasons.

------

The (Sōgu: Fūjin Heki) - Manipulated Tools: Floating Blades Wall technique allows the user to summon a variety of weapons for use in battle, while attacking the opponent. The strong point in this technique is probably the fact that it can be used to summon a large variety of weapons, which can be put to good use depending on the situation and personal taste - After throwing the opponent into the ground, the user could probably follow up by striking them with one or more of the summoned weapons. The weakness in this technique probably lies in the fact that you have to begin by unfurl the scroll on the ground before initiation of the jutsu. The setup, although brief, may leave the user open to attack. One situation in which this technique could be used is if the user is charging towards an opponent, they could use a feint (nothing too specific is coming to mind at the moment) or launch some kind of initial attack in order to increase the chance of succession with this technique - Basically, using a technique or lunching an attack previously that would effectively compliment this one. One way to defend against this technique is to destroy the scroll using some sort of jutsu - For example, jumping back and lighting it on fire, or jumping back and using earth spikes to tear the scroll and catch the enemy off guard in short range, etc.

Very good as usual. Once you get your training done I suspect you'll be quite the good RP'er. :p

Next batch:

(Sōgu: Dai Tekkai) - Manipulated Tools: Giant Iron Lump
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description:The user takes out a big scroll and waves it in a circle. It turns into a giant chain hammer with a huge metal ball at the end that they then crushes the enemy with. After this move, the chain hammer turns back into a scroll.

(Sōgu: Shu Senjin) - Manipulated Tools: One Thousand Blades Attack
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: This technique is very similar to Twin Rising Dragons, but in this version the user only summons countless kunai from the scrolls, which are connected by strings at thier hands. They then throws all the kunai at the same time on the opponent.

(Kuchiyose: Tetsurensa Housou) - Summoning: Iron Chain Wrapping
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
description: The user summons a long chain from a scroll and wraps the enemy with it. When the enemy is trapped, they use another scroll to launch a rain of weapons at the enemy.

(Chakra Yokuatsu no Jutsu) - Chakra Suppression Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: short
Chakra cost: 15 (-10 per turn to keep active)
Damage points: N/A
Description: This ability allows the user to suppress their chakra to the point that it is completely undetectable. This makes it impossible for chakra sensory-type ninja to track them via their chakra signal. However there is some downside to the technique, whilst suppressing their chakra they cannot use any of the ninja skills.
Note: Cannot prevent doujutsu users from detecting them.

Next batch:
thanks for praising me *_*

The (Sōgu: Dai Tekkai) - Manipulated Tools: Giant Iron Lump is another summoning/weapon-ninjutsu technique that allows the user to summon a large hammer with a giant steel ball attached by a chain for offensive use. The weakness in this technique might lie in the fact that one would have to physically wield the weapon, and its large size might make that difficult at times. The strength in this technique probably lies in the fact that the weapon is carried in the form of a scroll, and can be easily drawn out or retracted, which, if used under the right conditions, can catch someone by surprise. One situation in which this can be used might be under the cover of a certain jutsu that allows one to attack with impunity, like for example the Bringer of Darkness or Hidden in Mist techniques which block out an opponent's sense of sight. One way to avoid this technique would be to use the opponents movements against them and make a direct counter - Because the weapon itself is big, and probably not very readily maneuverable, you could avoid the initial assault and take advantage of that moment to attack by using the opponents move against themself; Something I've noticed is that people often sacrifice reach for power, and in situations like that, it becomes a test of speed (In a situation like that, where this technique is used, the person being attacked might actually have the advantage).

------

The (Sōgu: Shu Senjin) - Manipulated Tools: One Thousand Blades Attack allows the user to summon countless kunai from scrolls and skillfully send them flying towards a target opponent. The weakness in this technique is probably the fact that it isn't too hard to defend against. The strength in this technique lies in the fact that the weapon are connected to your hands by strings, meaning you can probably direct and lead the weapons to their target, even changing trajectories to accommodate a moving target. One situation in which this can be used is if the opponent is paralyzed or stuck in place by some jutsu - For example, using the swamp of the underworld technique to stick someone in place while the weapons all converge on them. They can also be used to draw attention away from a follow up attack, like causing the ground an opponent stands on to fall in on itself. One way to avoid this technique would be to use use elemental ninjutsu, specifically wind, since you can send the weapons flying back from where they came.

------

The (Kuchiyose: Tetsurensa Housou) - Summoning: Iron Chain Wrapping allows the user to summon a metal chain and use it to bind an enemy, thereafter using a second scroll to launch a barrage of weapons towards the constricted opponent. The strength in this technique is that the user is summoning the weapons after first binding the opponent, making it all the more difficult to avoid the weapons. The weakness in this technique might lie in the fact that this technique is only effective if the opponent is actually tied up, and to do so requires the user to get in close before doing so. This technique can be used effectively with some kind of a feint in close range, to increase the efficiency or the chance of the opponent being caught and chained up. One can avoid this technique by most defensive ninjutsu or elemental ninjusu, like those that form a shield or barrier for example.

------

The (Chakra Yokuatsu no Jutsu) - Chakra Suppression Technique allows the user to suppress their chakra completely. The strength in this technique lies in the fact thqat a user of this technique can avoid being tracked by their chakra signature by chakra sensory-type ninja. The weakness in this technique is that, while supressing their chakra, the user cannot use any of the other ninja skills. Additionally, this technique cannot prevent Doujutsu users from tracking them. This technique can be used most effectively against a sensory ninja, like C for example, after thoroughly erasing one's own presence through some means (Like using the Hidden Mist Jutsu and the Silent killing technique) in order to launch a surprise attack. An opponent may react to this technique by relying on their other senses to listen and look for the users presence.

Ok. Ninjutsu. C-ranks. Yes. Starting. Right now.
My training method involves me introducing a set of jutsu and you performing them. Of course not just any performance will do. I want it detailed enough that it shows the entire process of the jutsu; there should be chakra molding, manipulation, creating the technique, its appearance, what it does, and its effect on the target. It won't matter so much for simple techniques. Btw your targets are usually Pein or summons. I'll be rping as Godot, my other bio. If you have any questions feel free to ask as we go along.

*the sensei duo arrive via helicopter flying summon. Pein wanders off totally uninterested, leaving Godot to do the teaching. His spiky hair is all white and a visor covers half of his face*

Only cowards let piping hot coffee faze them. Real men, we drink it up! I'm Godot, they are Pein, and your ninijutsu training starts now! :coffee: Remember the Transformation technique? This is a unique version of it that allows you to combine with a summon or another person into one transformation by forming a handseal. That transformation will have not only the appearance but the physical properties as well. For example, transforming into a clawed beast will allow you to slash and stab with those claws. Transforming with larger summons allows for a larger transformation. Work with this young pup.

*summons a giant dog beneath you that's surprisingly friendly*

Tis' an honor.

*After you summon Sadaharu* I spend the following two days playing and growing more acquainted with him in order to make it easier to synchronize our chakras and properly transform.

Two days later ...

Once we've gotten acquainted enough, I mount myself on top of his back and we synchronously mold our chakra. The both of us are already familiar with the principles of the transformation technique so at this point, no words need be said. Using the transformation between Naruto and Gamabunta as an example, I/we visualize the image of the nine-tailed fox and use it as a reference to base our on transformation on. Once we've molded enough chakra, we initiate the jutsu and in a poof of smoke, the two of us combine and transform into a miniature Kurama. To test out the quality of our transformation, we let out a mighty roar. Though it sounds reminiscent of the Kyuubi, because of our respective sizes, it isn't as loud or menacing.*

Was that alright?

Ha..! Now that you've had your fun get ready for the real deal. First up, touch a rock and use your chakra to mimic the properties of the rock, transforming a portion or all of your body into the same material. In this form your body can be broken into smaller pieces, even sand, and be reformed after. Though not a true doton jutsu, you will still be vulnerable to lightning jutsu. Go be the best rock you can be.

*sends a Pein to stab you with a sword*

(Shinra Banshō Dōka No Jutsu) - Assimilate All Creation Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary/Defense
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user can take on the properties of any earthen material they touch and harden any part of there body. This jutsu also lets the user turn into fine grains of rock that can be used to do another jutsu. The issue with using this technique is that the user will gain all the weaknesses of the material they mimic, even if they are granted their strengths.

Here we have an interesting trap technique. Take these nails and imbue them with your chakra before throwing them into the air. When they hit the ground they should drop themselves beneath the surface, out of sight. When someone walks over the area they are placed, the nails should react and pierce the enemy's feet. While the enemy is held in place you can form a handseal and shoot the nails from the ground at him. Give it a shot.

*sends a Pein over when you're done*

(Gyorai Shin) - Torpedo Needle
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user throws nails into the air. Upon impact on the ground, they dig themselves into the earth. When the opponent walks over the ground where the nails dug themselves in, nails pin their feet stopping their movement. Then, the user forms a hand seal and hundreds of nails shoot out of the ground at the opponent.

Now i want you to form a handseal and shoot numerous small nails from your mouth made of chakra at your target. Though the damage isn't too great, it is difficult to block all of the nails. Who wants to be a pin cushion?

(Hitei Mushou) - Flying Nail Mist Pierce
Rank: C
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:15
Damage Points:30
Description: After forming the needed hand seal, the user will emit a flying mist of small nails from their mouth. These small nails can travel towards the opponent at quite a distance.

(Shinra Banshō Dōka No Jutsu) - Assimilate All Creation Technique

*I bend down and pick up a rock from off the floor. Holding it in my right hand, I close my eyes and channel my chakra through the rock and then back into me. The purpose of this is to have my chakra analyze the structure of the rock and then carry that information back to me -- its already been shown that chakra can carry such information from one place to another (e.g. when a shadow clone disperses, all its acquired knowledge is sent back to the user). I proceed to channel my chakra all throughout my body and transform it to mimic the inner structure of the rock. After a short while, I successfully transform my entire body into a 'rock.' As Pein comes towards me and aims to pierce my body, I brace myself, but don;t do anything to defend. Because of the hardness of my body, his sword fails to pierce me.*

----------

(Gyorai Shin) - Torpedo Needle

*I accept the needles from you and begin to channel my chakra through them until they are thoroughly saturated. Afterwards, I toss the needles (all except for one) in front of me, taking careful note of their positions in the ground. Manipulating the chakra I imbued within the needles, I cause each of them to stealthily burrow into the ground until each of them is completely obscured. Then, as Pein runs towards me and over the area where I previously threw the needles, they react to the foreign chakra flowing through his body and erupt from the earth, piercing his feet and holding him in place as they do so. At this moment, I perform the necessary handseal and manipulate the needles so that they rapidly shoot out from the ground and repeatedly pierce Pein's body.*

----------

(Hitei Mushou) - Flying Nail Mist Pierce

*I take the single needle I held onto from the previous technique and channel chakra through it. Just as I did with the assimilate all creation technique, I briefly analyze the structure and use it as a reference to perform this next technique. I proceed by safely depositing the nail into a pouch on my waist, taking in a deep breath, molding more of my chakra and channeling it to my lungs. Once I've molded a sufficient amount of chakra, I perform the necessary handseal and exhale the inhaled air imbued with my chakra. The chakra in my breath thereafter takes the form of multiple tiny chakra needles -- I used the real nail as a reference to execute shape transformation and to get their shape and sharpness just right. Though the needles are very small as they leave my mouth, they periodically grow in size after leaving my body, until the grow to match the size of the original needle. The needles are released in a fierce barrage, like a machine gun. They are aimed in such a way that some of them are aimed directly at the Pein in front while the others are aimed to miss him but fly within his direct vicinity -- this way, even if he moves to avoid the needles aimed directly at him, he will move into the path of the needles that were initially aimed to miss him. This also makes it difficult for second Pein hiding behind the first to do anything since if her were to move, he would be pierced as well.*

*tosses you an umbrella*

Here you go. Time for an Amegakure original. You need to throw that umbrella into the air and form a handseal, using your chakra to make it spin and launch a shower of senbon. These needles can be controlled and directed to your target from any angle, making it near impossible for your target to evade them. Make pin cushions out of them.

(Jouro Senbon) - Sprinkling Needles
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: After throwing a special umbrella that has been equipped with springs into the air, it releases a hailing "shower" of senbon. It cannot be dodged by moving away since the needles cover a wide area in all directions, controlled by chakra.

*tosses you a scroll*
Here is advanced transformation technique ideal for impersonation. You'll get all the details from that scroll. No need to perform this, having two of us around could get disturbing.

(Kao Utsushi no Jutsu) - Face Copy Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique allows the user to take on the body of their target. They must remain close to the one they want to copy for a short period of time. Their body will then shape and contort to resemble the target. The copy is said to be so good that even family members of the target cannot tell they are a fake. The user will even take on the smell of the original. Unfortunately, the user does not copy the targets jutsu, leaving them with only their original skills. Practitioners of this jutsu are also skilled in quickly taking on the mannerisms of the original person and playing up the character traits of their target. Through a regular Henge in combination, they can copy the clothing of the opponent. Their appearance will eventually change back to their original form after several days.

For this jutsu focus chakra around multiple weapons and manipulate them to hover in the air around you. Then you can launch them all at your enemy in one barrage. It is excellent for attacking multiple enemies at once or keeping them from getting close. Shoot these guys down.

(Soushuuha) - Manipulate Advancing Blades
Rank: C
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Long
Chakra Cost:15
Damage Points:30
Description: This technique allows a shinobi to hover multiple kunai in the air while they approach a target. The technique allows a ninja to unleash a torrent of kunai, shuriken, or other weapons much more quickly than if each was thrown individually.
