Good now always be sure to remember that Stabs do not carry much force behind them, essentially making hem weaker, but they can still easily be used to kill a person, as you just demonstrated.

Now, since earlier we distinguished the difference between a One-Handed Slash and a Two-Handed Slash, I'd like you to perform a Two-Handed Horizontal slash for me in detail.
Okay o^o

I run at the target while gripping my two hands with the bokken and pull it back to my right side and as I near the target, I dash the target and put my right leg forward and use the as a hold as I swing the sword with much more force then the previous horizontal strike and is aimed to strike the dummy's mid-torso, normally a soft, fleshy vulnerable spot on the human body, and as I cut across that area, I pull my sword through to my left side and use my right foot as a hold to keep me from toppling over from my weight.

Excellent.

And now, since earlier we established the difference between One-Handed and Two-Handed slashes, lets move onto those.

Now just as you did a One-Handed Horizontal Slash, now do a Two-Handed Horizontal Slash in detail.

Cool.

I run at the target while wielding a bokken in both of my hands and back to the right of my stance. As I near the dummy, I take a quick step the right and using my weight, I pull the sword forward, releasing the built tension. I swing at an angle down and to the left while slashing through the target's vital organs. As I slash the through the target, I rotate on my right heel as I bring the weight of my body into the swing and slash through.

Okay ^^

I run at the clone while grasping the bokken in both my hands and in the right of my stance. I then run at the target while using a fluid motion in order to bring up the sword to a height above my head while moving but it happens quickly and while I close in on the target, I bring down the bokken to the top of the dummy while using my legs to increase the strength of the vertical strike. As I strike, the dummy experiences major trauma as splinters fly out.

D: Someone get this dummy a doctor! T^T

Now onto Lunges

Now, lunges are a bit different than stabs...

Can you tell me the difference between a stab and a lunge is?

How is it done, what are its advantages, and what are its disadvantages?

A lunge is usually a strike in which you will get down into a position with one of your knees near the ground, your other leg out forward in a bent position, and a stabbing motion with both your hands. The difference between the lunge's stab is that the lung comes at an angle upwards rather then a stab's ability to strike at many angles. The stab however doesn't carry the power that the lunge has. The lunge also allows the user to strike from a lower stance which allows for a difficult angle to defend. The lunge however is at a disadvantage since if the user can predict it coming, the lunge can be easily dodged and in the lunging position, it is difficult to defend from attacks in front and to the side.

Good ^_^

Keotsu explains this better than I can. If you haven't noticed, my teaching style changed to mirror his, seeing as the quality was far greater xd.

Stabs are less powerful, but can have a higher fatality, due to their speed- you can get in and out, quickly. But, they do also cover a shorter distance.

Lunges are full-body, where as stabs use only your arms; so, they have much more power behind them, but also leave you open, due to the way that can be preformed.

Generally, you'll preform a one-handed lunge, with one hand on the blade, in order to allow yourself some time to react, as well as it requiring a different form to use it with two-hands. When you lunge with two hands, you're mainly adding a few inches more of reach, but you're putting yourself in a semi-unstable position, and a very open stance.
So Try it out.

Okay. o.o

I gather myself and get into a normal fighting stance my feet spread apart and my knees bent. I hold the sword back with one hand. I then run at the target while getting low to the ground. When I reach an area near the clone, farther away then a regular strike would be, I begin to accelerate upwards at an angle and drive the sword in the back of my stance, in the direction of my acceleration while using one hand. As I use one hand, I can quickly react with my free hand or defend in that stance. My stance is still closed while lunging and my knees are bent in a manner that allows me to defend from any angles that the dummy might attack me from.

Good, now onto side-stepping. Just as the name implies this involves stepping to the side in order to dodge an incoming attack. It works well for any incoming attack really, that is for one other than a Horizontal attack.

In order to perform a side-step you can merely push off with your opposite leg in the direction you wish to go (If I wanted to go to the left, I push off with my right leg and begin to sidestep). It is just that simple, but also incredibly useful.

Now try and side-step as if I was performing a Vertical Slash intended on hitting you.
