I have (kinda) mastered fire except for a few jutsu which require ninjutsu techniques (and one which requires a lightning jutsu which I don't have). And I only have D-rank ninjutsu right now.

So let's start with lightning

Last jutsu I learned is Chidori Nagashi

With the hand seals done, slam those dusty palms of yours on the ground while channeling your lightning chakra in it. This let's you create a triangular bolt of lightning sticking out of the ground that bolts at your opponent, ripping through the ground on the way..

The shape of the bolt is a triangular with the base in the direction of the user and the tip headed towards the target. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.


Ok, simply reshape your chidori into a thousand tiny senbon of lightning that are precisely shot at targets. When they hit they give off the same numbing and paralysis as nagashi. They could also do physical damage if they hit the right spots, which you never do; hit le right spots..

After memorising and performing a small sequence of 3 handseals while simultaneously molding chakra inside my body. I focus all of the chakra into both of my hands and then proceed to slam my hands into the ground. The chakra is convertied into lightning using shape transformation, sending a large triangular bolt of lightning that cuts through the earth and traels towards my opponent, shocking them and destroying them.

I begin by creating a Chidori in my hands. I swing my arm while reshapin the Chidori into countless tiny senbon made of lightning chakra. The needles are aimed at my opponent's vital areas, causing a large amount of pain and damage to their body.

Build up massively compressed lightning chakra in your hand to create a small, Palm sized ball. This can either thrown as a projectile or simply use it as a melee weapon. Once it hits your target it expands into a violent explosion of lightning.

Using this technique, the user creates sixteen giant pillars by using his lightning chakra to shape the ground into a multitude of pillars, which then form a giant cubic oven to trap the enemy. It is often used after Earth Release: Mud Fall to cover the enemy target in mud and then follow up with using Fire release: Firing Biscuit, creating flames in the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing the enemy.

• -You can use it as a melee attack or you can throw it

• -Cannot reach long range
• -Even though it doesn't require handseals, it might take some time to create the ball of lightning because you would have to create the chakra and then compress it into a small ball.
• -Because the ball is not large, it can be easily evaded

Combinations-strategies
-I could first use that B-rank lightning spear which is fast and then perform this jutsu. The spear would travel in front of the lightning ball. The opponent would defend against the spear first and while they are doing that, the lightning ball would strike them and explode.
Ways to counter this technique
-You could try to escape into long range or use an equally powerful jutsu or a wind jutsu to defend against

I first perform the needed hand seals; Rat → Monkey → Horse → Tiger. Then I create a cubical oven made of sixteen pillars infused with lightning chakra, trapping them and shocking them as the pillars release the lightning chakra.

• -You can use it in all ranges
• -It will prevent the opponent from moving around
• -It is stronger than the original jutsu

• -The opponent could go underground to escape
• -You wouldn't be able to use some attacks on the opponent while they are inside, because the pillars might block the attack
• -The opponent could try to escape through the opening in the oven

-You could combine it with the techniques mentioned in the description to cover the enemy in mud and then use the firing biscuit to harden the mud, immobilising them.

-You could use a powerful jutsu to break through or destroy the oven, or you could go underground to escape from the oven

Take your chidori and mold its shape into that of a growing spear. The spear can expand forward into 10m long and can have multiple effects. Its main effect is Its piercing abilities, being able to cut and stab like a katana made of lightning. Like other chidori variants it is able to numb opponents it hits, and on contact it can be split into multiple spears to worsen the wound..

Like other Chidori-related techniques, this jutsu will numb its target upon contact but unlike others, seems to focus more on having a cutting power, like a katana, than a piercing one. Because of its cutting abilities, it often seems to manifest a certain "solidity"; a tangible aspect.


Use your Raiton chakra all around you to swirl lightning around your entire position and create a dragon formed lightning. This dragon is very versatile, being able to defend against things and attack in many ways. Even if it doesn't hit a target it can let stray bolts of lightning off its body to cause damage..

After creating a Chidori in my hand, I use shape transformation to reshape the Chidori into a long spear of sharp lightning that continues to grow in length. As the spear pierces my opponent's body, I manipulate it to make it split into multiple smaller spears inside their body, increasing their wounds.

• -It is able to numb the opponent if it hits them
• -It doesn't require any handseals
• -You could move your hand to use the spear to slice through things

Weak points

• -You would need to keep your hand extended to maintain the spear
• -It can only reach 10m
• -Chidori makes a loud noise, so you wouldn't be able to use this without alarming the opponent

-You could use this to sever the opponent's limbs so they cannot fight..

Ways to counter this technique
-This jutsu is very simple to defend against. You could use a wind jutsu to stop it or move out of range like Deidara did.

(Raiton: Rairyu no Tatsumaki) - Lightning Release: Thunder Dragon Tornado

I begin by gathering a large amount of lightning chakra inside my body and releasing it around myself, shaping it into a large dragon-shaped vortex. I launch it at the opponent where it hits them and electrocutes them.

• -It can be used in all ranges
• -If the initial attack fails, you can make the electricity jump off of the vortex and strike the target
• -It doesn't require handseals

Weak points

To be honest, I can't think of any. It doesn't require handseals, it can reach all ranges, and even if the opponent evades it, they can still get hit. So OP

Combinations-strategies
-First I would launch the dragon near my opponent. Since it didn't hit them, they won't expect it to damage them. Then, I would use a jutsu that launches them into the air. Then, I would make the lightning jump into the air and strike them. since they are being launched into the air, it would be harder for them to move and evade it.

Ways to counter this technique
-You would need to use a powerful wind jutsu or defense to counter this jutsu. Also, it would need to be large, so that you would be protected if the opponent tries to attack you with the electricity inside the vortex

Perform the needed hand seals; Rabbit → Rat → Horse → Ram. With the Hand seals done, slam your palms on the ground and channel lightning through it in order to pool lightning beneath your opponent. The lightning shoots upwards in a column of lightning that shocks whatever is caught in it.

The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Cutter, unique to him. After releasing a B-rank fire jutsu into the sky and altering the weather conditions, I create a Chidori in my right hand and raise it skyward, using my chakra to control the natural lightning in the clouds. I manipulate the lightning so that it strikes the opponent, almost instantly, shocking them and delivering a lot of damage.

• -The lightning strike is almost instant
• -It is more powerful than other S-rank jutsu
• -It can be used in long range

• -It costs two moves to perform
• -You need to have performed a long range B-rank fire jutsu and send it into the sky to perform this jutsu

-There are a lot of things you could do to the opponent after using Kirin. Once the opponent is hit, they will be severely damaged and they would be open for you to attack or perform a jutsu on them

-The only way you can counter it is to use S/T ninjutsu or use ultimate defenses

Strong points

• -It is a more powerful/advanced of Chidori Sharp Spear
• -It doesn't require any handseals
• -This is also a good jutsu to send the opponent away if they are too close

Weak points

• -Chidori makes a loud noise, so you wouldn't be able to use this without alarming the opponent
• -You have to be in short range to do the jutsu
• -The jutsu won't be able to work if the opponent evades the spear

Combinations-strategies
-While my opponent is falling into the ground, I would use a jutsu such as (Doton: Kujo Joushou Iwa Chuuseki) - Earth Release: Destructive Rising Rock Pillars to damage them while they fall. It would be hard for them to control their body because they are hurtling to the ground.

Ways to counter this technique
-While the opponent is running at you with the Chidori, you would simply have to attack them so that the Chidori cannot hit you.
