Based on manga feats, is Sakura more intelligent than Shikamaru?

Shikamaru's "feats" are as follows:

-breaking out of genjutsu in part 1 (something Sakura demonstrated herself just before and during the chunin exam arc)
-figuring out Hidan's ability when it was too late. This guy is meant to have a 200 IQ and he couldn't fathom the significance of the chalk circle Hidan was drawing in blood until his sensei died LOL!
-his "plan" to defend the alliance from a barrage of juubi tbb was for them to spam some fodder z rank mud wall jutsu.

When I weigh the evidence up, I'm starting to understand why Ino copied Sakura during the chunin exam written test rather than Shikamaru.

I think he can only do that in battle. This just shows Sakura is smart, book smart. However Shikamaru's intelligence lies into the battle as he is a strategist.

1. Chiyo didn't help with shit. Sakura first saved Kankurou from dying from Sasori's poison, then she made an antidote, both without the help of Chiyo. All that old hoe could do is watch. Read 253 and 254 if you want proof.

4. Shikamaru was getting it all wrong and Sakura put him in his place with logic. It's no so much intelligence as it is a sign that Sakura's powers of deduction>Shikamaru's.

That's only because Sakura is a main character. Kishi obviously portrayed shikamaru to be one of the most intelligent shinobi around.

Sakura is book smart. She's of the same mold as Hiruzen, Tsunade.

There's differences between the two.

People tend to minimize her feats and abilities because Kishi's main focus on her character was her inability to behave rationally toward Sasuke.
