Upon the knowledge of many Narudo fans .. Rinnegan Sasuke is base sasuke.

Logically, yes. He is, he can't deactivate the Rinnegan. That's why he wears his hair like that because its kind of inappropriate out in the world and the village.

Now granted there is a base Naruto .. if he chooses not to use the fox powers or sage mode (yeah sage mode doesn't count).

Sasuke can't deactivate his rinnegan .. soooo Rinnegan sasuke is base sasuke is he not?
