nah the movie is cannon. Naruto still has RSM (like Sasuke) he keeps it in minimal use. IDK if you've seen the movie and I refuse to spoil. but go see it next week when it comes out on DVD sasuke only has 10 sec of screen time and doesnt even get to talk

Well if naruto doesn't have rsm and still has to fight the strongest opponents while sasuke does nothing proves how pathetic sasuke is but then again he always struggled against top tier opponents
