Sasuke is naturally much much much more talented and skillful than Naruto. If you strip them down to their base strengths, Sasuke will win every time.

Yeah but I did say Base. Sharingan is still a state of Taijutsu power up. Also clones is a power up as well.

yeah he attained it BY himself FULLY... NO he was given MS and EMS and he awakened Sharingan thanks to itachi. AND if you give him sharingan, Give naruto sage mode, Sage mode> MS and possibly EMS

Naruto, Sasuke depends on his sharingan a lot in taijutsu, and while Naruto does depend on his clones a bit, it's more to make rasengan variations lately than to spar like he used to when he was 12.

Naruto in base was able to spar on equal ground with the Deva Path. his style is a bit less refined than Sasuke's, but he has more raw strength.
