There are no inconsistencies. Manga has shown time and time again that he can warp further than 10m, so that's what it is. I don't give a damn about the DB. sasuke is faster than him as seen when he quickly caught up to madara and sliced him wereas a weaker form of that madara reacted close range to narutos attack but got pushed back due to the power behind it., not only that amenotejikara blized madara twice and this is juubi jin madara which is>>this non cloaked naruto in speed and reflexes.

Naruto is helpless here when sasuke pops up behind him and leaves a chidori straight his heart. there is no tie, sasuke shits on him.
