This is what happens. He attempts to make a horde of clones, only to realize Sasuke has already shoved Chidori through his heart. GG.

Yup, definitely 10 meters.

Manga will portray anything differently to make the plot work. They're called inconsistencies. DB says its range is 10M so thats what it is.

Base Rikudou Naruto isn't on Rin'negan Sasuke's level. Saying that is pure blasphemy. Rin'negan Sasuke pre-advanced PS was able to strike Rikudou Madara with Shinju absorbed and sliced him in half.

In the recent data book, it was stated that Naruto via this mode has better Senjutsu prowess than even Juubi Jinchuriki Madara (and sensing is but one aspect of Sennin Modo). It's not rocket science.

The cloak is the cloak. Its the same cloak he uses when he goes KCM mode except now its powered a bit by all the Bijuus different chakra plus the chakra he got from Hagoromo.

How does that make his sensing better?

The cloak never gave him any special enhancements to begin with other than feeling evil intentions and feeling other people with Kuramas chakra (Kin-Gin Bros + Minato). Your saying his sensing is better in cloak mode because his cloak mode > base mode but in base mode he has everything cloak mode has except Truth Seeking Balls. In-fact, I think cloak mode is only for him to use the Truth Seeking Balls besides him gaining the obvious (better reactions, movement speed, stuff of that nature) from it.

So basically saying his sensing is worse is not true unless you can prove that using TSB gives him better sensing.
