Base Naruto without any SM or Kyuubi mode active is probably slightly above pre-Rikudo powered non-avatar BM Naruto level (or above).

He'd be a lot stronger than that. RSM Naruto's Yoton Rasenshruiken bisected Shiniu, which completely dwarfed Musekiyojin when it wasn't even close to fully formed. something that completely dwarfed PS, the Juubi, and Hashirama's Mokuton constructs.

I really don't see the loss of SM bringing him all the way back down to BM Naruto's level. Who would probably have to pull out all the stops even with his avatar to replicate that feat.

Base Hokage Naruto surpasses that further still

That wouldn't be base Naruto though, would it? I thought base Naruto would be Naruto without both the . And Base naruto means he doesn't get access to the Bijuu powers. To use their powers Naruto has to their chakra, something he can't do in base. So I still put him as I did before; slightly above BM Naruto.

Base to Rikudo SM (w/o cloak) is ridiculously massive, given what Naruto was going in Base at VoTE and what he was doing in Rikudo SM. Doubt that the gap between Pre Shinju and Post Shinju Madara is that large.

Based on what is it ridiculously massive? He hardly did a thing at VOTE, unless you are referring to when he was almost entirely chakra depleted with bruises all over his body. I don't see why the difference between Rikudo base and Rikudo SM would be any different from base and SM. Naruto himself admitted inferiority to Post-Shinju Madara (In Rikudo SM w/cloak) despite beating on him with Rikudo SM when he was Pre-Shinju. This means that the gap between Pre- and Post-Shinji is definitely not something to laugh at.

I don't never really thought of the Bijuu's elements of being apart of BM since he doesn't have to access any specific form to use them.

Either way, Fuuton has the most DC of the elements and would be stronger than any other forms of RS

Doubt it is stronger than something that can expand enough to cut the Shinju, so feats wise, YRS is far stronger.

^ Especially since YRS is Fuuton+Yoton, while FRS is normal Rasengan+Fuuton

Yea good point ._. You got me there

It still would be so weak as to be matched by a non avatar BM Naruto though
