Base Naruto has better Taijutsu than Base Lee IMO.

If Lee uses the gates than Naruto could unleash the fox cloak(not KM).

Also This whole Naruto > kakashi Taijutsu was already explained, Deva path Had to Fight Fodder ninja, Kakashi,Choji and his dad, Destroy the whole village,Sm naruto, 6tailed naruto, use chibaku tensei, then had to fight Sm naruto again befor Base naruto even started fighting.

After All that Deva paths/Nagato's Stamina/Chakra Would of been affected, Slowing deva path down. Naruto wouldn't match a fresh Deva path.

Also When Naruto and Sasuke were clashing that again had nothing to do with Their speed, They were Just Running towards each other. You seem to Forget how Drained of Chakra Sasuke actually was at that Moment.
