then you are wrong the tech is a mountain buster tech a punch from naruto with a tailess kyuubi influenced naruto was able to shattered kaiten and that punch is not as strong as base rasengan talkless of chou odoma rasengan.

Sorry bruh, the idea of hating on a fictional character isnt my style. I truly believe neji would beat base naruto
Not only do i believe it wouldnt affect neji in rotation but also naruto would be playing into his hands trying close range technqiues

Dude Kaiten can be broken.
Naruto wasn't even using one-tails worth of chakra there and he broke through kaiten. All you have to do is overpower it with enough force.
Neji might possibly be able to survive one oodama rasengan, but not multiple, and Naruto could just make a bunch of clones and send them all flying at Neji.
Kaiten wastes a ton of chakra and Neji can't do it forever. Now that Naruto has infinitely better chakra control and skill than in Part 1 this battle would be much more even.

I just gotta ask, besides obvious character hate, what makes you think base naruto's taijutsu/genjutsu/speed is laughable?

Ill admit that even with the fox, chakra reserve is no naruto's side. But neji still hast he advantage. Naruto isnt a long range fighter. If he decides to fight neji either as himself or with clones, he would be playing into neji's hands as we saw during the chunnin exams.
Kaiton can be broken, but in order for naruto to use rasengan, he has to come close to neji.
You had to stoop this low to accuse me of hating on your fav character since imo what im saying correct. Base naruto the one straight after the time skip was a chunnin at best.
The current base naruto still lacks alot of skill, but due to his experience would be a low jonin at best. Blame kishi for overpowering naruto instead of making him learn the fundamentals first. Naruto doesnt have a solid base at all.

The above post is completely filled with your opinions:
- post timeskip base naruto is chuunin at best

None of the above points are supported by any statements/manga feats.
And lets not forget Kishi's own statement that Base Naruto > Kakashi after the 50% rasenshuriken.
First, I want you to support your claims by MANGA evidence, like if you say, base naruto is chuunin at best, give manga evidence for that, if you say that naruto doesn't know the fundamentals, give manga evidence for that.
And once again, you completely blew off my question:

The reason I called you a hater is because all of the STATEMENTS you make about naruto are completely unsupported by the manga. I'm fine with you having your own opinion if you can actually back it up with evidence.

Neji will most likely win in this situation. Neji has greater taijutsu skills and is faster than base naruto. He is also very smart, and has an asrenal of jutsus both long and short range at his disposal.
While I admit that naruto is very creative and has immense chakra reserves, his rasengan, shadow clones, and summonings become the only jutsus that he is capable of using. Unless he has access to the kyuubis chakra to boost his speed and power like the chunnin exam's, then naruto has little chance of beating neji.

Dude alot of people would agree with me. Time skip naruto was at chunnin level. When he came back he only knew how to perform a bigger rasengan, thats about it.
When im talking about fundamentals, ill explain. We obviously know that the 3 forms of ninja art if taijutsu, genjutsu and ninjutsu. Naruto in base is piss poor. In base he only knows a handful of ninjutsu;

We all know that naruto isnt a genjutsu type but even that he still cannot cancel a simple genjutsu.
Only thing that kishi has compensated naruto with due to his lack of skill is strength and stamina.
If you havent realised the third data book, which is time skip supports my view about time skip naruto being poor.
Naruto isnt skilled at all and you can translate it however you like. Either way naruto in base is laughable

Neji lol he would have beat him the first time but he didn't know about the fox chakra. and decided to talk the whole time. i seen this fight today on youtube again and it pissed me off because neji takes ppl chakra and they lay there then he talks to them and tells them to quit... then he gets mad when they dnt.. SO NEJI BY A LONG SHOT HE DESTROYED NARUTO AND NOW HE HAS GENTLE FIST AND HAS 128 PALMS

So it should be easy to support your argument with evidence since so many people would agree with you.
Um... the number of techniques doesn't make the ninja. Kakashi has 1,000 different tech, 3rd raikage has 3 that we know of. Who would win?

full body blow
kaiten
64 trigrams
so he has 4 over naruto's 3...
and once again post me manga evidence instead of just stating this over and over without support.
Because naruto hasn't improved his chakra control and because itachi's genjutsus are simple genjutsus.
Third raikage. PURE strength and stamina, would own 90% of narutoverse. Sorry having a limited moveset =/= losing to more versatile chars.
Oh the old databook argument. The databook that says kakashi's stamina hasn't improved at all, yet we see him with more than double his part1 stamina when fighting pain. The same one that says sakura > lee. Manga statements/feats >>>>> databook numbers that have been disproven time and time again.
your arguments are laughable. The only thing that you have used to support your argument is the databook, which I have proven to be wrong time and time again.
Once again you have not supported your argument by a single scan or instance in the entire manga. Therefore your argument is laughable.
By the way Kishi said Naruto > Kakashi after rasenshuriken training, I find it hard to believe that you would not take kishi's word stated in cannon manga, yet still base your entire argument on faulty databook numbers.

He's a still able to use Ultra rasengan without being in sage mode now there's no way neji rotation is going against that and he can still use rasen-shuriken
