Naruto has to throw it, Its travel speed doesn't seem anything special so unless Naruto catchs kakashi off guard with it i think kakashi could dodge it.

Kakashi is better @ Ninjutsu,Genjutsu, is faster, 3elements, Smater and i think he has the Taijutsu advantage thanks to his sharingan and him being faster than naruto.

Wrong, when Naruto saved Sakura from Sasuke Kakashi said He was impress that Naruto was faster than him. Naruto was in his base form and no one sensed him coming.
