^ Summoning Manda or Serpents is not limited to Cursed Seal, you must be joking. Summons are depended on Summoning contracts, and that's how all summons works. Just because Sasuke Prefers to use Hawk summons now, doesn't mean he can't summon Snakes. If you have proof, show me, otherwise this copy Paste is from Narutopedia, I am guessing.

First of all, pretty sure you can't have 2 summoning contracts. If he has Hawk he can't have Snake and since he already summoned a hawk it's obvious the snake one is gone.

Also, unless I am wrong, Sasuke never summoned a Snake before he absorbed Orochimaru. He was able to summon snakes because he had Orochimaru's DNA inside him, meaning he had Orochimaru's -BLOOD-, which is what made the summoning possible.

Remember in Part 1 Kabuto used Orochimaru's blood/tattoo to summon Manda when Oro was fighting Jiraiya and Tsunade, since Orochimaru was disabled.

It should be noted that anyone can summon a contracted animal as long as they have the blood from someone who has made a contract, the seal of the summoned creature, along with a source of sufficient chakra that the summon will accept.

Manga Proof that you can't have two summoning contracts? That was the first time Sasuke Summoned Manda, before that - before his training - , he never summoned anything, Snakes or otherwise.
