Base Naruto vs Base Sasuke

Restrictions: Naruto can't use Kyuubi chakra, Sage Mode.

Sasuke can't use Sharingan, MS, EMS.

Konoha Crater, no hiding spots.

Scenario 2.

Naruto can enter Sage Mode but has to remain stationary for that.

Sasuke has 3T Sharingan.

Naruto stomps Sasuke easily both scenarios, he doesn't even have 3 tomoe sharingan or any sharingan at all in scenario 1 and even without Kurama's chakra Naruto lold at making hundreds of rasengans. And in scenario 2 you're giving him SM.

WTF! Sasuke isn't coming anywhere close to winning either scenario. Sasuke without Sharingan equals fodder, Base Naruto isn't. And SM Naruto was stated by Kishi himself to be equal to MS Sasuke.

Everything Naruto throws at him is easily countered by Speed and Chidori variants alone. His clones can be dealt with Katon attacks as well. Add 3T Sharingan to this - as OP has at the end, then Sasuke just slaughters him while he picks his nose. Seriously, at Base Naruto gets fodderzed either way. The difference in skill set is so vast that it's not even funny.

Sasuke isn't winning any scenario low diff and you forgot that Naruto can summon Fukasaku and Shima toad genjutsu FTW, the op also gave Naruto a staionary SM so yeah Sasuke dosen't stand a chance.

Okay and Sasuke can simply take to air and completely avoid the frog Song, and can even take out Naruto as he's literally stationary. The Song doesn't seem to have that much range at all, as Jiraiya used it inside the pipes - that should amplify the sound - but Nakara, Asura, and Deva who were right behind the other paths remained unaffected whilst the rest were still inside genjutsu and killed under its influence.

He can even Summon Manda and hide inside its mouth for the Song's effect to pass on into ineffectiveness, as the Song has prep time. Once it's over, Manda can simply sit on Naruto and Fukasaku and Shima. It's low difference either way.

Again, how can Base Sasuke beat Naruto if he can't distinguish between the clones and has no Sharingan?

His chakra reserves are so much lower, he can't keep spamming Chidori variants.

Naruto's summons are superior since Sasuke can only summon Hawks ( Snakes was from the Cursed Seal ).

Sasuke mainly used the snakes he summoned as shields to defend himself. After Orochimaru and the Cursed Seal of Heaven were removed from him during his fight with Itachi, Sasuke has not been seen summoning any snakes and has since then gained a contract with a hawk.

Sasuke can't use Kirin without prep and he will waste most of his chakra getting it. If he somehow gains the chakra for it all Naruto has to do is use Kage Bunshin and disperse.

Naruto's summons are vastly superior. Bunta can use jutsus by himself, and then there's also the Toad sages and the other 2 big frogs. All Sasuke has is a hawk.

His FRS doesn't require prep and is much stronger than anything Sasuke has.
