Also i don't see why you Remove the sharingan from "base" sasuke. Taking Ms/EMS is fine tho.

i would go with sasuke but knoing naruto can summon frogs on base mode i choose naruto. naruto is very special.

Sasuke is Much smater than naruto, Its unlikely naruto will outsmart sasuke.

Sharingan isn't needed.

Throwing chodri senbon will Be able to Hit and Despell naruto's clones, So will nagashi.

Chidori senbon is a Ranged jutsu, Rasengan is a close range.

Aslong as sasuke keeps his distance and used chidori senbon he will be ok from natuo's clones.

Also sasuke is much faster than Base naruto, Getting a hit on him with rasengan wont be easy

why was kakuzu gotten by a bushin feint and pain? The speed gap is closing up due to his training arcs and sasuke is not much smarter than naruto infact they are equal battlesmart notice battlesmart. If sasuke decide to play stay away he will face a boss summon which he will be able to handle and sasuke killing the real the naruto will be hard due to not recognising the real 1. Base naruto is very fast too, notice him grabbing sakura when sasuke tried to kill her with her own poisoned kunai. Speed is very relevant though and I do think base sasuke is faster but definitely not by "much much". Naruto is smart too when it comes to battle tactics. It's either a draw or sasuke wins with a very injured body.
