Are you retarded? Rasengan is the highest form of chakra manipulation also developed by the 4th hokage himself, And summoning the boss is defiantly above S Rank. It takes alot of chakra in naruto base mode to summon gamma. :flaw::flaw:

I agree. Since sage mode counts as base he is Kage level. He's just hot headed and stupid at times. He defeated Pain who single handedly destroyed Konoha. Yes he transformed into the fox but became normal again and defeated Tendo Pain that way with his logic. Bijuu mode is now a plus. He contains an S-Rank technic which is Rasen Shiruken. The only person to take Rasengan to it's ultimate form. He's kage level. If he can work on his intelligence, he has potential to be top Hokage with the 1st and 4th.

Yes kakashi finished him off but what was kakuzu going to do? He was done for. Rasen Shuriken completely disabled him. He wouldn't be able to mold chakra again. Naruto could've walked up and used Rasengan to bash his head in after. Yes they killed 2 of his hearts but Kakuzu didn't get serious until Naruto walked on the battle field. And since you say Sage mode won't count as base then Kakashi with no sharingan should be in the same boat.

Go rewatch that arc. The only reason they got that far was because of Shikamaru's devised plan. The first heart Kakashi got from creeping around corners and using Chidori. I guarantee they wouldn't have gotten any more hearts if Shikamaru didn't setup getting his blood so Hidan would use it against him in trickery. Naruto took out three by himself in 2 attempts.
