Base Itachi vs Base Naruto

What Naruto did so special? He attacked Madara with his Rasengan, is this a sign of his strength? Without Oonokis Doton which pushed Madara in Narutos direction, Madara would probably have dodged with just his speed.

Same goes for Kakuzu, where he was underestimated by him and surprised him with his Rasenshuriken. If we consider that Kakuzu wasn't really fast in his state, this became quite easily for him.

Naruto in his base stands no chance against Itachi, since Itachi is far faster and smarter than him. Unlike Kakuzu and the other fodder, Itachi possesses great analytical skills and can read his opponent like an open book; even the Sharingan cannot keep up to Itachis speed always and apart from that Itachi is more skilled than Naruto in each area, whether it is Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Genjutsu or usage of weapons.

Your tries to push base Naruto here is pointless.

Itachi's handseals and Jutsu speeds are in incredibly fast, Even kurenai a jonin couldn't keep up with his Clone/Jutsu speeds, Even kakashi commented of his Handseal speed being to fast for his sharingan to track.

Itachi's Taijutsu also surpasses that of Naruto's, so does his speed and his Intelligence. Also he is a tactical genius.
Itachi is also a weapons master, Far more skilled with kunai and other weapons that naruto is, Itachi taking down Nagato's shared vison proved this.

Itachi even without Genjutsu and with 3tomoe is still around Kakashi's level or slightly above.

Oh and i also forgot to mention Naruto was able to damage the kyubi with his oodama rasengans. Yata mirror only blocks the front of the susano but if Naruto spreads clones out all over the area and hits him from all sides it wont work.

Gamabunta is an easy target for amaterasu, naruto cannot summon him in the time it takes for itachi to blast him with amaterasu.

The more chakra nagato uses the less chakra he can send to the paths, having less chakra weakens the power of ninjutsu, Plus pains abilities after using such chakra taxing techs would make him weaker.

If nagato had alot of chakra left he would of just poured it all into shinra tensei and Crush naruto.
He pushed a Boss level summon away and broke almost every bone in his body.
if he used a shinra tensei that powerful on naruto he wouldn't of withstood it or be able to move for that matter.

Also if nagato had enough chakra he could of simply of just used CT again or used another large scale shinra tensei that naruto could do nothing to stop.

And why Gamabunta wouldn't look into Itachis eyes? If everyone could avoid his Genjutsus by this logic, his Genjutsus wouldn't be a danger for anyone..

And to control someone, eye contact isn't needed, not each Genjutsu need eye contact. And if Itachi controlled Shinobis even at a range where the sensors couldn't sense him, the range doesn't play a matter.
