Doesn't matter if he has knowledge of amaterasu or not, He has not the speed to do anything about it, Simple as that.

Naruto cannot summon befor amaterasu hits naruto, his handseal speeds aint that fast.

why don't sharingan genjutsu work in Mid air?, does jumping disrupt chakra or something?

As i keep saying, naruto cannot summon him in the time it takes for Itachi to use amaterasu, Even if he does jump and dodge it itachi only needs to look up and he is dead.
Naruto would easily be caught by genjutsu while he is on the ground, Unlike gai he cannot fight just by looking at the Feet.
Also the last time he met itachi (befor the Itachi vs sasuke fight) even though has had knowledge on his genjutsu skills, he was caught in itachi's genjutsu with ease, he didn't even know.

Susanoo would wreck gamabunta also.

Only Km/Bm naruto is beating Itachi.

This is base itachi,no genjutsu,poor chajra and stamina,naruto could create over a 1000 clones at 12,itachi only has fireball,which sakura dodged easily,suiton tech,phoenix sage for ninjutsu along with his taijutsu. Naruto can mae multiple clones to fight,he outwitted kakuzu who had more experience than team7 put together,itachi can only fight for so long,he has no genjutsu here,naruto can easily distract him with clones and attack from behind,itachi looses this even with genjutsu,cuz then naruto just summons toad army to beat him,his finger genjutsu is too weak and naruto can easily fool him with a clone like kakashi did,naruto can also have his clones make rasenshuriken,it wont affect him,just the clones,itachi looses this.

No summons for Naruto makes this interesting.

Though I see Naruto winning in the end. He'll be able to make enough clones to outlast Itachi, after using his clone trial method to find a good way to get Itachi.

No. One rasengan from Naruto's clones would destroy Itachi's clones also Naruto having fought Itachi before has knowledge on Itachi's genjutsu and would probadly stay a distance from Itachi and let his clones do all the work all of Itachi's genjutsu is close range so it wont hit him.

Yeah but rasengan is a close range attack which Itachi can dodge. The OP banned genjutsu so I'm not using that in the argument. Also if Naruto destroys Itachi's clone, he will be blinded by crows giving Itachi an opportunity to strike.

Suiton only works when water is around so it depends on the location and Naruto can make clones from anywhere he can make them from underground so once Itachi does that his clones will jut pop up from the ground.

Guess we are forgetting one thing here..the only restriction on naruto is kuchiyose...dont forget that he can still use sage mode and kyubi mode...and his rasengan now re way above minatos...since he can now use kuramas arms via tailed beast cloak....additionally in the last few chapters he doesnt really need clones anylonger while fighting...so naruto wins this if itachi is restricted from using tsukuyomi....

itachi and jiraiya are the highest,not just itachi then the other sannin come second with a .5 difference.

You guys remember when Naruto and Sasuke fought at the Hospital, Sasuke shot a fireball at him and his clones but he survived by forming a Rasengan, the Rasengan dispersed the flames and was still intact meaning.
Rasengan>Fireball tech.
Naruto in base was able to keep up with part 2 Kakashi who could keep up with Itachi(30%) and even saw through Kakashi's clone trick before Itachi did meaning he has the speed and taijutsu skill to keep up with such level of fighters.
Base Naruto could trick Kakuzu with clone to create an opening for a Rasenshuriken showing a high level of intelligence and proficiency with the shadow clone technique. He also did the same to Pain.
Base Naruto could create a Rasengan much larger than himself against Edo Madara which would make all Itachi water/fire/shuriken techs look like poop especially if he combines it with distractions from clones.
