Base Itachi vs Base Naruto

We're talking about Sharingan Itachi(so no MS techniques) against Base Naruto(so no SM, no KM, no BM)
Location: Konoha
Restriction: Genjutsu for Itachi, Summons for Naruto

Naruto, Itachi without genjutsu doesn't impress me too much. Even without restricting genjutsu from Itachi, Naruto would still technically be immune since kurama can break him out now.

Even without genjutsu Itachi is faster, more intelligent, faster hand signs, two elements instead of one, better taijutsu and etc.

Itachi has crow clones which could distract Naruto while Itachi blitzes Naruto clones from many directions and takes them out with ordinary taijutsu.

No. One rasengan from Naruto's clones would destroy Itachi's clones also Naruto having fought Itachi before has knowledge on Itachi's genjutsu and would probadly stay a distance from Itachi and let his clones do all the work all of Itachi's genjutsu is close range so it wont hit him.

Suiton only works when water is around so it depends on the location and Naruto can make clones from anywhere he can make them from underground so once Itachi does that his clones will jut pop up from the ground.

Base Sasuke is weak, Base Itachi is weak. Naruto has beaten alot of people in base like Mizuki,Kiba,Kakashi,Itachi,Kakuzu and etc. He even destoyed Madara's forest and Kakashi said that Base Naruto is stronger than him.

Naruto was tired out of all his chakra he only got a tiny bit from the kyubi that was even less than the amount he has at his base form.

During all of his fights, someone had either weakened the enemy for him or fought along side him.

His taijutsu is still average as the pic you were using for that was naruto in sage mode, which isn't base mode at all.

There bases are weaker than Base Naruto i know that for a fact.

How is that so? They are greater than Naruto in almost every aspect except for ninjutsu, and stamina.

That wasn't even the real Itachi. It was a transformed clone of himself which isn't the real thing.

It still wasn't his power, which makes that point invalid

He is far faster and smarter than Naruto and his skills in terms of Ninjutsu and Taijutsu are also on a higher level. Not mentioned that his usage of weapons is on a very high level, too. His great intellect and analytical skills will help Itachi to outsmart Naruto quite easily. Even a smart and experienced Shinobi like Kakashi, who possesses a great insight in techniques thanks to his Sharingan, couldn't keep up with Itachis speed and couldn't notice that he was using an explosive Kagebunshin. Neither Naruto is very smart, nor is he fast or really skilled.

Weakend so what? Naruto was weakened also remember he was just coming after a training before fighting Kakuzu. Kakuzu even said "do you think you could beat me when you're already so beaten before the fight?"

And against Madara on my pic he was in base. He only went into SM when he used Rasenshuriken

This part is wrong. He kept up with Itachis speed since he had time to outsmart him with a Mizubunshin, and he also notice the explosiv bunshin since he saved Kurenai from that and even said "that's a kage bunshin" while saving her from that. So he noticed it

Anyways, Odama rasengan couldn't even scratch madaras ribcage. What do you think it would do to a full susanoo?

I'm not hating on the main character. He is just weak in base mode compared to sasuke and itachi.
