As Strict said, he still has access to Mokuton Clones, Mokujin, (Which was clashing with PS) and Mokuton Hotei no Jutsu (Hands that are the size of 100% Kurama) and Mokuton Hobi, which was able to tank a Bijuu Dama from Full Kurama with little damage.
Out of all the people who are listed on Team 2, the only ones who are even Kage leveled are Kisame, Orochimaru, and Tsunade, and they are no match for Hashirama even when together, adding weaklings isn't going to change this.
-Bringer of Darkness still blocks their vision as they don't have a Sharingan to see right through it.
-They don't have the defensive power to block Mokuton Hotei, or Jukai Kotan or prevent Mokujin from defeating them, and they don't have the offensive power to defeat it, or overpower Hotei and Jukai Kotan. Lets not forget that most of their offensive attacks can be tanked with Hobi, no damage at all.
1 Jukai Kotan would mow down about most of this team, let alone Hashirama making Mokuton clones, who can use all of his original jutsu. 1 use of Hotei would create 5 Bijuu sized hands that would utterly crush anyone in Team 2...how are they stopping this? Especially when all this can be done during Bringer of Darkness...

Kisame alone takes hashirama on and beats him.
