As his Sensei barks out instructions Sing stops his pushups and listens attentively. He rises up and acknowledges the instructions with a slight nod of the head and walks briskly to the training dummy. Upon reaching it, he decides to do the most do the elbow strikes first. He stands in front of the dummy with his left leg slightly leading his right. Then as he takes a step forward with his right foot, he slams his right elbow into the left side of the dummy. He continues this for 499 more times and then switches to do the same with his left for another 500 repetitions.
Next was the headbutts. He simply slammed his head into the chest region of the dummy Zidane style. He didn't pay much attention to skill or finesse. He just concentrated on brute strength and the concussion he was getting....
After the headbutts came the kicks and palm strikes. Since he had already taken some taijutsu training he found that these came easier to him. He simply kicked and thrust, kicked and thrust and kicked and trust till his shin was sore and his arms heavy. When kicking, he made sure to avoid doing so with his foot so as to prevent breaking any bones in his ankle. When striking with his palm, he made sure to plant his feet firmly on the ground and keep his body rigid so as to generate enough force for an effective attack.
Several days later....
After his final palm strike, Sing collapses on the floor in a heap of fatigue
