Sing looks at his paws in excitement

Yeah. It sure is

After saying this Sing approaches the nearest boulder and places his right hand on it. He takes a few deep breathes and then begins channeling chakra into the palm of that hand. He grabs his right forearm with his left hand as he focuses on channeling more and more chakra into his right paw. Using the paw, he then emits strong force meant to push away matter in its vicinity. He focuses on manipulating the force to push away the whole boulder at once. To do this, the force creates a "sheathe" around the boulder such that all the power of the technique would be used to push it at the same time. The "sheathe" instantaneously envelopes the boulder and shoots it high into the sky and out of sight.

Sing stares as the boulder flies away, blocking the sun from his eyes with his left hand.

Home run!!!

Good.

Now you want to do a more complex part. Hidding what you repel from view and making them come back down to your aid.

I believe using one paw is quite easy now,
I want you to push another boulder but this time, make it vanish from view immediately you push it, however you are not sending it away completely, you are just making it fly and travel in the sky only to come down later into the terrain.

Once you push the boulder away, I'll attack you with a jutsu and then make the boulder some down to block the jutsu.

Alright alright alriiiight

Sing approaches the next closest boulder and places both hands on it. He then expertly channels chakra into his paws gets ready to cause the paws to repel the boulder as he has been doing. This time however, he focuses on where he wants the boulders to be repelled to, as opposed to just flinging them away. He focuses on using the paws to "contain" the repulsion, so that the boulder would hover in the air some feet above the ground some distance behind him. He goes ahead to release his chakra through the paws and succeeds in doing exactly what he wanted to do. When he starts to repel the boulder, it begins spinning violently in his direction and then "jumps" over him and races into the distance in one swift motion. He turns around to see the boulder had stopped short range from where he was standing and that it was hovering 15ft in the air. He had intentionally placed it at a distance he could see so that he would know his technique was working. He then turns back to face his teacher and says with a smile on his face:

I'm ready. Take a shot

*actually I said out from view so it won't hover where you and your opponent would see it.
It momentarily vanishes from the terrain completely then whenever you need it within the range of 24 turns, it comes back down.*

Priest see you send his boulder away as it vanishes and quickly sends a water spear towards you.

Must've overlooked the part about sending it out of sight. My apologies....

After sending the boulder out of sight, Sing focuses on his sensei, waiting for him to attack. Immediately his sensei fires a water spear at him, Sim wastes no time in "dragging" the boulder from where he deposited it to intercept the attack. He controls the boulder to reappear with the same speed it left and positions it right in front of him, in the spear's way. The pear harmlessly crashes into the boulder and is destroyed

Good,

as you use the boulder for defense, you can use it otherwise to attack and it will only take the previous move's spot. Meaning even if you use the tech in turn one and post the move, then you bring back the object you sent away in turn 3, you don't need to post again the move as you'vw done that in turn 1.
You can bring it back down to sneak up behind your target and attack them, the smaller the object, the stealthier it is.

Paw Arts: Repel (Nykyujutsu: Oshi)
Rank: B
Type: Attack/Supplementary/Defense
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 20
Damage: 40
Description: This technique is a very simple technique that nearly all bartholomew clan
members can use. The user puts his paw on a
boulder(or if applicable one of the opponents
jutsu) and using the power of his paws he
repels the boulder. When this happens the
boulder goes off into the air behind the user instantly disappearing from view. The user
can choose the location of where he wants
the boulder to land(without stating it) and in
4 turns the boulder lands there. This
technique can be used for attacking by
simply having the rock come down and hit the opponent on the back of his head in 2 turns
time. For defense the user can have the
boulder appear in front of him to stop an
opponents jutsu(Only B rank and under).
~This is only an example of the techniques
usage, the ability of the paws is to repel anything. Obviously the user can't repel a
lightning, fire or wind jutsu without taking
damage, however if he wants, he can
however he takes 20 damage to his paws and
he can't use his paw abilities for 2 turns.
~This technique can't be used to teleport other people to desired locations.
~The boulder can be in the air for as long as
the user pleases. Meaning it could be more
than 24 turns if he wishes.
now lastly,
tell me 3 advanatages and disadvantages.

The technique showcases the rudimentary abilities of the bartholomew clan and is extremely versatile. It has a plethora of applications all of which can be potentially life-saving in a battle although very basic.

Advantages:
-Moderate defensive applications; After sending a boulder into the sky, I can easily make it land in front of me in order to block an incoming projectile or even some techniques.
-Offensive applications; After sending something into the sky, I can make the object crash into an opponent from a blind spot unannounced.
-The technique can also be used to repel opponent's jutsus albeit with some damage.
-Also since both the repelling and "summoning" phases of the technique count as a single move, the jutsu can be considered as practical in chakra conservation.

Disadvantages:
-The protective range of the technique is not very vast. Boulders, arguably the hardest things that can be utilized by this jutsu, can only defend B rank and below techs.
-Also the lapse in between repelling an object and using it to attack can be viewed as a disadvantage. In certain cases it would be more beneficial to have whatever is repelled go towards an opponent instantly.

Btw that tech have been updated to this

Paw Arts: Repel (Nykyujutsu: Oshi)
Rank: B
type: Attack/Supplementary/Defense
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 20
Damage: 40
Description:A simple yet effective technique to use as both an attack as well as a defense. The user will repel a solid object or technique using one or both of his paws. He repels the targeted object or technique to another location, away from the battle field. This can be done to avoid techniques or attacks or to remove hindering objects from the battle field. However, its main ability comes with the ability to call forth that object once again to a different location on the field. This can be useful to attack an unsuspecting enemy or to provide a fast defense. The object will appear in any location of the field. The main thing to consider is, however, the lack of momentum the object will carry once it appears. In this case, to be used as an attack, gravity and other forces might be necessary to exploit to give maximum effect. Techniques that are not physical or tangible in nature like fire, lightning or wind will not be able to be called forth as once they are replled and sent away, they lose their shape and disperse wherever the user might have sent them. Fire and Lightning will also damage the user upon making contact with the paws making the paws unusable for 2 turns. The size of the target is relevant and proportional to the rank within the clan being that the maximum size it can affect is up to 10 times the users mass.
Note: Calling forth the object counts as a move and the user needs to spend additional chakra
Note: Can affect techniques of one rank higher if they are tangible and physical in nature (Earth, Water, etc)
Note: While something is repelled and awaiting to be called forth, the user cannot use the technique at the risk of being unable to call forth the object
Note: Object can be called forth inbetween 5 turns after the technique was used"
Note: This technique can't be used to repel enemy ninja to desired locations, however summoning and clones can be affected as such.
Take note of the changes.

Paw Paw Arts: Impact Dial (Nykyu Nykyu no Mi: Inpakuto Daiaru)
Rank: A
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: Varies(Depends on the rank of the absorbed technique. When the absorbed force is expunged, it can cause 60 damage if previously used to absorb A-rank, 80 damage if used to absorbed s-rank force)
Description: The user takes advantage of their paws and, upon physical contact, any impact is absorbed instantaneously. This is seen by the clan members as an invert push. The impact is stored on the paw until the user is able to catch his opponent off guard, striking them with the full power of the absorbed technique. The absorbed force can be released also as a focused blast of air pressure from the paw that aborbed it. While the paw instantenously absorb the impact, the momentum of the jutsu or technique in question stops totally and either falls as a dormant entity or deforms while proceeding no further. The user can at the same instance, release the absorbed force instead of choosing to store it for a while. Alternatively, the user can use the paw in form of a suction through reverse repel action to stop a surrounding force be it push or pull by absorbing the closely embracing kinetic energy (only if they are close to the user) like any remote force, encapsulating the user. Also after absorption, he can release the absorbed force immediately.
*The user can simultaneously perform a Paw Paw technique to add damage*
*Can only absorb techniques one rank above maximum, higher than that, the paw will take half of the damage, and will be useless for 2 turns. This means it can absorb an impact from upto S-rank jutsu, if it is normal chakra, force, energy, tangible matter/entity, earth, water, wind or elements technique related to them but can only absorb upto A-rank impact from lightning and fire or elements similar or related to them, leaving the paw useless for 2 turns.
*Can only be used once every 2 turns for normal members why Legends can use this with no turn rest except when their paw receives damage*
*Normal members can use this only 4 times, using it on an S-Rank allows only 1 additional use*
*Bartholomew legends can use it 5 times per battle, regardless of what rank is used on*

The next one allows you to use inverse repel and repel concurrently.
Using your paws, you can stop a jutsu completely by simple making contact with it through your paws. You thus absorb the force into the paws(force only). Then you can release the absorbed force back into an entity.

For example. A log of wood is sent towards me that on a normal day, I can't stop with my bare hands without geting crushed by its wieght. I can simple intercept it with my paw while focusing chakra into the paw and coat the entire hand/palm with a bubble in the shape of a paw to completely absorbed the force impact of the log. The log of wood is still there, just that it would completely halt as its momentum and kinetic energy is being absorbed. The wood would then fall down or I can send the force back into the wood so that it flies back to the sender. I can say I want to attack the opponent directly with the force then while using a freeform palm attack or a taijutsu palm attack, I can release all the force absorbed into the opponent.
After absorbing the force, say a force with 40 damage, I can decide to use repel oshi after that which has 40damage point while enhancing the repel with the absorbed force. Making the new damage be 40+40=80 damage point.

This can be used on upto S-rank non corrosive jutsu. E.g, Earth, Water, Wind etc.
However, for corrosive elements like Fire and Lightning, we can only absorb upto A-rank and below without recieving damage. Immediately we absorb the force in the case of lightning and fire, they disperse into nothingness as they loose form.

You know what to do.
Tell me several ways you are going to utilize this in battle and tell me possible combinations.
Also, ask questions.

Pretty awesome jutsu. I can imagine nonchalantly looking at an incoming jutsu and simply stopping it with a palm. Totally bada$$...

Anyways, I understand that it works based on the fundamental physics principle of conserving momentum. Using the clan paws, I'll be able to not only absorb the momentum/force of an attack but also dish out that power to an opponent using the same move. Even better, I can add another paw technique to the force I absorbed thus sending back a much stronger attack.

There are so many possible combinations with this technique I don't know where to begin.
Since it can be used to stop most of the techniques out there, it has like a million+1 uses. One way I'll probably use it is to stop an incoming projectile attack of say A rank, and then send a lightning attack at my opponent so that he'll probably counter with wind. I'll then release the absorbed force(+ Oshi) as a blast of air pressure right after my lightning tech. Should my opponent counter my lightning with something not strong enough like wind, I believe the strong pressure palm I send should be enough to tear through his jutsu and hit him. Then I'd counter his wind using Wind Return or some other basic jutsu.

Another way I'll use this is in a fight that involves physical contact/taijutsu. I would intercept a punch or kick with my paws, and since the punch/kick has kinetic energy/momentum, I'll use this technique to stop the attack in its tracks and release the absorbed force +Oshi to deal substantial damage to the limb. I believe the compounded damage would be enough to blow away a limb or at least dislocate it.

Q:
1,When you stop something, say a log, and you use both the jutsu and Oshi to send it back in this case does Oshi send it into the air like Oshi normally does or does it send the log right back to the target? I just want to be clear for the sake of potential future arguments.
2,Another thing, say I absorb the force from a log with with my left hand can I send it back with my right? In the same way if I absorb with both hands can I send it back with just one hand? And also when I use the jutsu to absorb a "surrounding force" by encasing myself in a paw bubble..paw-bubble...paw-ble lel....then which paw do I use to send the force back?
3,Does both absorbing a force and releasing it count as a single move?
4,How long can I keep the absorbed force? Is there a time limit?
5,I'm guessing whiles I'm holding unto an absorbed force I can't use any other paw techs till I release the force. True or false

1.. Actually, Repel Oshi is not restricted to only sending something off the terrain, you can also use it to repel a technique back to the opponent or even send a pressure shot(repel the air) of B-rank at the target. So it can be used with this.
2. You can only use the paw that absorbs the force to send it back. For a surrounding force, you are not encasing yourself in paw bubble, your paw would simple make contact with the force since its surrounding you, then you absorb the force. Then you can use the paw/s that absorb it to send it back.

3. Yes. Though simultenously performing another paw art would require you to post the other paw jutsu

4. Until you release it or use any paw art.

5. Check ans 4.

Any other question?

The last technique for this level though.

Paw arts: Slapping thrust pressure cannon (Nykyujutsu: Tsuppari Pad Hō)
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-mid
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: Bartholomew clan members first plant both their feet firmly on the ground by means of a sumo-style foot stomp. Then, throwing their palms forward multiple times, they fire a vast number of "pressure shots" at the enemy. The way they push their palms forward and the stance they take while performing this technique resemble those used commonly in sumo wrestling. Tsuppari is a thrusting open-handed strike about the upper chest and face, a technique in Sumo.
~3 times per battle
~no paw arts 2 turns after usage
~The pressure shots move extremely fast, only sharingan of 3 tomo can predict them or
any other sensoring ability.
~Because The stance is sumo-style one must remain completely still to preform this technique. Leaving him/her open to attack.
~only three tomo sharingan can predict and avoid the pressure shots.

Imagine using this with Impact Dial.

Now with this, you need balance and pose. The above requires them and you must be quite still as the technique is quite deadly and might be op depending on how you use it.
You strike a pose like that of a sumo wrestler then you jab your paws forward continously releasing paw shaped bubble of air pressure that move at intense speed only someone with doujutsu and sensory can percieve without difficulty.
Even at that, only someone with a sharingan 3tomoe reaction speed can completely/safely avoid the shots. This means you don't have to have 3T sharingan but if your reaction speed overall is equivalent to that of 3T sharingan, then you can avoid it.
The pose and balance is neccesary for you not to suffer recoil damage from the technique.
You can however use other means to achieve stillness and balance. Imagine an opponent uses and earth technique to bind your legs. With that you have the right balance and you only need to jab your hands and assault your opponent. Viola, you just used your opponents jutsu to your advantage.

Now lets discuss about this one.
I think I have a firm grasp on how this move works. The gif really explains it. Plus I've watched the one piece episode this is from so I get it. I see this as an all-round beneficial technique. It's power and speed make it ultra advantageous. Because it's very fast as well as powerful, it can be used to intercept an opponent just as he/she is performing a technique. The need for stability in order to perform the move makes sense too. I think positioning myself well before performing the move will not be a problem. I think aside from attacking an opponent directly the move is a perfect attack for most average-moving summons. Most of them may not be able to defend against the shots.

I have a few questions though. What can the shots penetrate and what can actually stop them? I'm guessing something solid of equal rank would cancel it out but what about water. And also how do they interact with stuff like fire and wind. Do they just blow through unaffecting each other or do they compromise the structure of said elements and hence dissipate an opponents wind/fire?

Yea, elements of his rank could cancel it. Though that would be if there is enough time for you to intercept the jutsu due to its speed. Evading is a nice way to counter, rather than trying to channel chakra to counter what you can't see. Before you even form it, it may hit you.

The pressure shots has no elemental strenght and weakness, so its not fuuton.

Have I answered your question.

Congrats on reaching this level.

Paw Paw arts: Pressure cannon (Nykyujutsu: Pad Hō)
Rank: S
type: Attack
range: Short-long
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description: Bartholomew clan members repel the air around them, sending a devastating shockwave toward their opponent. The shockwave can travel directly through the body of the victim and continue into the distance, leaving paw imprints in its wake. Anyone and anything that is in the path of the blast receives Extreme damage.
~3 times per battle
~Only one other jutsu in the same turn
~no paw jutsu for the following turn

You have done the slapping thrust which is many pressure bullets, but this is just one massive bullet that hits and blast through the target and continue into the distance causing havoc and leaving paw imprints as a souvenir.
You focus large chakra into the paw and swipe it release a very compressed and pressured air that moves at enormous speed.

Also tell me ways you can make good use of this in battle.

Then ask questions

__________________________________

I simply swipe my hand as if I was swatting at a fly in front of me. As I swipe, I instantaneously repel the air molecules directed at a target in front of me-a nearby tree in this case. I do this when my swiping motion reaches an orientation where my palm is in line with my target. Repelling the air molecules creates a fast moving paw shaped shockwave that blows right through the tree, leaving behind a paw mark on the location it hit.

I think the most impressive characteristic of the technique is its speed. Also the fact that it can go through most solid objects sounds very advantageous. In a fight I would utilize its great speed and ability to pass through most objects to hit a target to strike an opponent whose view of me is blocked, even temporarily, due to a jutsu he/she is performing. Due to the speed I believe I'd be able to insert this attack after an opponent's moderate moving attack and I'd still have time to defend his attack if I have to.
Also, it may prove to be very advantageous in CQC because of the speed and relative ease it takes to perform it.

For questions I don't have any concerning this jutsu. It seems pretty straightforward and not that different from the previous techniques albeit being unique in its ability to go through weaker stuff undeterred.

The Last tech for the Pacifista Level.

Paw Arts: Train Wreck (Nykyujutsu: Tore-n Keigei)
Rank: S
Type: supplementary
Range: short-mig-long
Chakra: 40 (short rang movement=+10 mid
range=+20 long range=+40)
Damage: n/a
Description: This is a very complex jutsu the
bartholomew clan members use, The jutsu
itself has two variates. The first is simpler
but harder to use, so hard in fact that only
bartholomew clan legends can perform it.
The user will place his paw on his own body, using the power of the paws he will literally
repel his own body to a desired location.
Because of the immense speed of the
repelling, it appears that the user is literally
teleporting to a desired location. However
this is not the case, the user is actually repelling himself, thus moving(not actually walking like the second variate of the jutsu) at extremely fast speeds to the desired location. Almost as fast(but not quite as fast) as madara's teleportation. The second variate of the jutsu is more complex but easier to use, The user will use the powers of the paws and repel the friction in the air. They then simply run without friction. Despite their weight most Bartholomew clan members are surprisingly fast, so if they were to run without friction, in fact if anyone were to run without friction their speeds would be insanely fast.
~both variates of the technique can only be
used 2 times per battle (meaning overall 4
times). 2 for the near-teleportation and 2 for
running without friction)
~The first variate of the technique can only
be used by bartholomew legends
~only one paw arts jutsu in the same turn
~after usage the user must wait 3 turns
before he can use it again
~running without friction can only be used in mid range as it requires immense concentration
~no S ranks in the following turn

You are actually only learning the second variant which is the bolded part.
You have to ability to repel matter as a whole even friction. So the ability lets you punch forwards with your paw and thus repel the fiction from the air before you. You are then able to move/run at immense speed. This is just like removing leg wieghts and when I asked Lili, she said the speed is rather equivalent to 4th Raikage's Flicker movement.
try this with several combinations and ask questions.
