Barney keeps his personal appearance as impeccable as possible - clean-shaven, with neatly trimmed dirty blonde hair. 99% of the time, he favors tailored suits with nicely matching shirts and ties, but will dress for whatever the occasion allows, and always with what he considers the pinnacle of style.
Personality:
He is a legend in his own mind, and will go out of his way to tell you so. He is overconfident to the point of hyperbole, and as far as he's concerned, his opinion is not just the best: it's the ONLY one that counts. He makes it a point to be the life of the party ... and if there isn't a party, he'll find a way to make one, and make it "Legen... wait for it... and I hope you're not lactose intolerant because the second half of the word is... dary!" Barney is an insufferable womanizer, though whether it stems from a fear of commitment or a simple disdain is debatable. However, if someone he considers a friend is having relationship troubles, he will go out of his way to tell them exactly how they should be resolved. He's also fiercely loyal to the people he earmarks as his friends - even if they may not reciprocate the sentiment. He's also a born performer, fond of karaoke, sleight of hand, and showing off whenever there's a piano present. He hates seeing anyone upset or depressed, though he won't outwardly say so - instead, he'll go to some ludicrous end to cheer them up - including mocking them until they lose their temper, and end up laughing about it afterwards. If anyone calls him on it, he'll just wave it off with a "No need to thank me - I'm just that awesome". Underneath all his ego and bluster, Barney is a sensitive and very self-conscious person... very, very, VERY far underneath. He's buried the sensitive, long-haired hippie he used to be under several layers of expensive suits and swagger, and if it ever shows up briefly, he'll cover it up immediately afterwards. He's starting to actually share more with some of his Bros, and be a little more honest about himself - though he'll still be quick to either bluster over it afterwards, or tell them to pretend the moment never happened.

Taijutsu
Thanks to the long, difficult and exhausting training with Gobi he became a taijutsu specialist which helps him read his opponents movements by just concentrating on their torso, legs and hands. He can also react faster to incoming danger.
Medical trainingThanks to Nexus, Barney is learning how to act as a med nin in battlefield, which also helps his skill of acupuncture.
Lightning

Thanks to his training with Dei Dei Sempai, Barney mastered Lightning and showed great interest to it. After hard practice and work he managed to specialize in it and found a way to do most jutsus with only one handseal. Those stronger ones still require a few more.

★ Background Information
History:
Barney was born 11th November in the Village Hidden in the Leaves. As a kid he had a really tough life because his parents were street performers and they never had a lot of money. He never had a lot of toys to play with and that's why he was so interested in his parents performances, copying everything he sees from them and using their equipment. That is the main reason why he was loved among his friends and why a lot of girls were in love with him. Growing older he started to make reputation for himself and he easily found a job at a food store. After coming home from work he went to the street every day to earn some extra money to buy all the things he never had as a kid. While he was working and taking care of him self, his parents were traveling from town to town and were performing. One day when his parents were traveling from Yukiagure to Otogakure ninja rebels ambushed them, killed them and robbed. That was the day when he decided to become a ninja and revenge his parents. Later he applied to the shinobi school and met a few very good friends which decided to help him realize his dream. After graduation he decided to leave Konohagakure and start looking for the men who killed his parent. A trace led him to Kirigakure, where he decided to stay. His gift to seduce women helped him a lot to find a place to stay and collect info about the thieves. While spending time in Kirigakure he noticed Mizukage, Mei Terumī, and decided to get close to her. He didn't win Mei's heart yet but every day he is closer to the thieves who killed his parents. After some time he spent in Kirigakure meeting people and collecting info he found a Sempai who taught him Lightning. It was Dei Dei. Dei Dei also told him about Mei and her lover Migualon J.J which shocked Barney and later changed his mind. Now that he got powerful he wanted even more power and went around looking for only two things: info about the thieves that killed his parents and training. He bumped into a very interesting Sensei by the name of Gobi Gobletsson. He taught him the martial arts called Taijutsu and specialized him. Later that Autumn he found a few other Senseis and Sempais which started his training in the other elements but ,due to an information that the thieves might be hiding in Amegakure, he had to quit. When he arrived he had a real pain finding a place to stay and there he out of nowhere met Nocturnal who was very kind and hospitable. Barney liked him from the first day. Nocturnal also helped him finish his Fire element and promised him to help finish his Wind, too. As the time was passing Barney got used to the rain that was falling merciless every day and he even showed interest and wanted to find out why it doesn’t ever stop. He found out that it’s due to a storm over Amegakure. One day he saw some ANBU shinobi performing some rain jutsus and so he decided to dedicate his time to training and gaining control over the rain. Thanks to Nocturnal he found about Mt. Myobokuzan which later became his new home where he also met the most awesome toad crew.

Katana
A katana is a long, bladed weapon used for combat. Haku's katana is made of a light but strong material which makes it easier to handle.
Kunai
Kunai, along with the shuriken, is one of the most common ninja tools. It is a black dagger designed for thrusting and stabbing, though it can still do some damage if thrown despite not being designed for it, and is about the length of one's hand.
Shuriken
Shuriken, like kunai, are one of the more basic weapons. They are sharpened, four-pronged metal stars, useful for throwing. Although small, they can be used to distract, pin down enemy shinobi, or if accurate enough, can be deadly. They have an open circle in the center, used for grabbing with a finger, to avoid cutting oneself, or to put thread through. The circle is also beneficial to the weapons overall aerodynamics, ensuring more accurate trajectories.
