you can actually make any clan but Yuki (haku´s clan) and Uchihas and Kaguyas (you can kaguya, but he requires test)

actually all KG have rules and restrictions like which elements you have to have finished to use the KG or a rank restriction. Swift release for example you have to have mastered wind and lightning to make it, and have the bio be from the hidden sand village originally.
