Study the above jutsu and tell me how you think it works out and how you can use it creatively.

Well, it is a nice jutsu because it provides 10 whole hobbits to attack. Also, you could potentially use this 3 times in one turn to make a small army. They are small and fast, and hold a Kunai. They could be best as a distraction. While the enemy deals with them, you could use another jutsu.

Just one question. ^^

Can I make the hobbits look however I wish? (For story)

Nope, no questions.
___________________________

Ok, now just tell me some ways the jutsu can be used.

(Genjutsu: Chinou Dansu) Illusionary Arts: Brain Dance
Type:Supplementary
Rank:S
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra:40
Damage: N/A
Description:This genjutsu is in fact extremely simple. The user will first make a string of seven handseals, and simply point at the opponent inserting chakra into them. The user then puts the opponent in a genjutsu in which light flashes repeatedly, at insanely fast speeds in no particular pattern. The lights also Cause excessive and rapid neuronal activity and abnormal rhythmic discharges of cortical neurons in the brain. At the same time the gen also makes the opponent feel exhausted (has no effect on stamina or chakra reserves). This along with the lights would cause a seizure. The opponent would be rendered unable to move, and would have uncontrollable spasms and muscle movement. After around 3 minutes of this (and the illusion not being broken), the opponent would be rendered unconsious. During the seizure, the opponent in the genjutsu would still see the lights. They would not stop until the genjutsu is broken. This illusion places enormous strain on the mind causing damage if the illuion is left un-broken.

-Restrictions-

Can only be used once
Can only be taught by PB
No genjutsu in the next turn or same turn that this jutsu is used

Can be used in-conjustion with a flash light so that the light from the genjutsu is actually masked by the flash light making the opponent think its a special kind of flashlight thus decieving him from knowing its actually a genjutsu.
with the light flickring, you can actually start your attack which would be aswell masked by the genjutsu.

Q: As the description, is the opponent stunned as soon as the genjutsu is triggered thus not able to use Kai (since they won't be able to move)?

Q: Due to the exhaustion and spasm, would the opponent fall on the ground or still standing or it depends on the user's discretion?.

Q: Can it affect many opponent at the same time?

Q: What triigers the gen, the handseals or the pointing? What If I decide not to point finger and point a kunai or a sword instead or not point at all.

Addition:

What happens in real life when the genjutsu happens.....the victim is unable to move but you can attack? Or you can't attack and would have to concentrate on the gen?

A: Yes, they stop moving almost instantly after the gen is used. But Kai is simply a rush of chakra, so it should be usable even if you're immobile, right?

A: I would say the opponent would fall, being extremely tired, and having a seizure, along with uncontrollable muscle spasms.

A: No, I don't think so

A: The pointing, and I never specified what I was pointing with. So you should be able to point with a Kunai or sword.

A: The opponent is literally having a seizure, and you can attack at your discretion. When you have a seizure, you are on the ground having uncontrollable spasms, and unable to move.

By the way, I don't think you should be able to form handseals while under the gen. Or if you can, they would be extremely slow.
