Joker. I felt like the entire Bane character was changed, no venom no mexican accent ot mask. Joker was more consistent.

I like the Dark Knight Rises take on Bane more than his animated counterpart and I prefer my Joker animated.

Well if you use the Comics then Bane is waaaaay better but in terms of movies its Joker

Bane. I like Bane's connection to Ra's and Talia, both characters I really like.

Two-Face is my favorite villain though, but out of Joker and Bane, I choose Bane.

They are both awesome. Can't decide really. I see Joker as smart guy who always have a plan. Brain muscle. Bane is more like a strong, powerhouse character. Like them both.
