Other than two being Batman-Villians, not much is similar. The Joker retains a maniacal form of villainy with a lust for mayhem and an anarchic setting that battles, with despite his insane-hood, with wit. Bane is a stoic, intellectual that fights with brute strength and strategic movements. I enjoyed both. No Pref.

Between the two, the Joker was scarier. With Bane you could see a clear objective and at least know your enemy was right there doing exactly this.


Joker is insane. He has no organized scheme (well he does, but you can't track it). Is spontaneity is far more frightening than Bane.

Overrated? The acting was spot on, he actually locked himself in a room to prepare for the role.
