Yeah he really does lol. There are no pure leg based jutsu that arent elemental amongst the S ranks, so we'll start with Arm based ones instead.

(Hitonare Za Tora) � Taming the tiger

Description: The user begins at a low stance akin to a tiger and then jumps up towards the enemy, striking them eight times with triangular punches towards the diaphragm whilst the user carefully controls their breathing to increase the power of the punches. With this, they break the ribs and diaphragm, causing the enemy to suffer tremendously and have to deal with heavy and irregular breathing.
Note: Can only be used three times

Well, firstly, a triangle punch follows the triangular punch theory, which is the correct way to properly punch someone. You extend both hands vertically and Now rotate each hand outward (with thumb knuckles touching) until you form a "bottomless triangle" on the in side of your hands. Each fist should roughly be at a 45 degree angle. Which makes a 90 degree angle hence the phrase "bottomless triangle". Now pull one hand back to your jaw line. This the way your fist should makr contact. This is the safest position for your wrist. Now on to the contact surface. If you punch as stated before; aim for the center line of your attacker and you will make contact with your bottom 3 knuckles only. this is the best KO postion as for as the target, the wrist/hand structure and contact surface.

Moving beyond that, the actual jutsu is simple, just perform 8 strikes aimed at the chest. and upper body. Enough to prevent movement from the foe as breaking the collar bone generally ****s someone up in the long run lol.

(Za Danshingu Shiro Tora) - The Dancing white tiger

Description: The user takes a low stance and makes their hands like claws. Then they carefully control their chakra in their hands and fingers to increase the power of the strike so that the claws can rip even cloths and flesh. They strike towards the enemy multiple times, ripping and causing blunt force. They hit them a total of eight times around the center of their bodies, leaving the clothes and skin ripped.

Once more, simple and easy to understand. Hold your arms out like claws and then slash outwards, ripping flesh and clothes.

(Ikazuchi Raikou Hirameki Dageki) - Thunder Lightning Flash Strike

Description: This is taken form a form of Chinese martial arts southern style. The user charges their body with chakra and discharges it through their feet to give them a speed boost towards the enemy. Then the user charges their fists with lightning chakra, hitting the enemy eight times around the shoulders, chest, and stomach while discharging the electrical chakra to numb the points of contact. This causes temporary paralysis and makes the enemy's movements slow from the electrical currents retracting the muscles.
Note: Affect lasts for one turn
Note: Can only be used twice per battle.

You discharge lightning through your body feet to give you a slight speed boost (not defined) and then rush towards them and deliver 8 lightning enhanced attacks to the upper body. These blows cause temporary paralysis that sets in after the last blow (I believe). Basically a variant of the Yellow Dragon attack.

(Banrai Itoguruma) - Heavy Thunder Spinning Wheel

Description: The user concentrates their lightning chakra into their limbs and strikes the opponent with a upper cut to send them into a roll within the air. Then by thrusting themselves up above the target, the user grabs hold the target's limbs face down, dropping them to the ground. Then right as they are about to strike the ground, the user surges their lightning chakra into their right ankle, releasing the energy on point of contact to smash the opponent downwards and causing a giant crater to appear from the release of the immense energy.
Note: Can only be performed twice per battle.

You basically deliver an uppercut that causes them to flip over as you jump up to meet them and grab them and launch them back towards the earth and deliver a strong kick to them, sending them to the earth as the chakra creates a massive crater around the point of impact.

(Go Animaru Go Soshi Genkotsu) - Five Animal Five Element Fist

Description: This is based upon the Hung Ga style of Chinese martial arts and the five animals representing the five basic elements. The user strikes the opponent with five punches, each charged with one of the five basic elements. This is a highly advanced skill that adds the effects from the elemental additions of the chakra being added to the punches. Lightning will causing numbing for one turn, fire will cause burning, wind will cause shredding and slicing, earth will cause tremendous bone-breaking power and water will soak in a high density causing irregular breathing.
Note: Can only be used twice

This one is pretty cool as you combine 5 blows with 5 different elemental affinities, striking in rapid succession and causing multiple injuries at once.

(Gekiha NagareBoshi Zenshin) - Crushing Meteor Drive

Description: The user will charge their leg and knee with Earth chakra and then kick the enemy in the crotch, causing them to be winded and fall down to their knees in agony. As they do so, the user will then grab them and hold them up into the air, dropping them back down on their neck on the user's knee charged with earth chakra.
Note: Can only be used three times

Basically, you channel Earth chakra into your leg as you kick a foe in the groins, and then lift them and slam them on your knee, breaking their neck or causing great damage anyway. Why is it mid ranged, I do not know....

(Za Saru Suingingu Tsuuijite Za Ueki) - The Monkey Swinging Through the Trees.

Description: The user charges their legs with lightning chakra to enhance their speed in striking and to discharge the lightning chakra when making contact with the opponent to cause numbing. The user then jumps up at the enemy, dealing rotating kicks to knock them off balance and sweeping kicks and over house kicks to further knock the opponent everywhere into the air. The user finishes off with dealing a final hammer kick to the shoulder to send the enemy into the ground.
Note: Can only be used three times
Note: Numbing effects last one turn

Easier to explain and even easier to land, it's pretty much lightning enhanced Capoeira that causes numbing and slight paralysis on contact.

(Go Ryuu Assai Fungeki) - Five Dragon Crushing Fury

Description: The user will charge the elbow's knee's and leg with fire chakra and deal a total of five strikes to the enemy. The first two strikes have the user jump up at the opponent dealing two knee strikes to the stomach and chest in order to knock them up into the air slightly. They then deal the next two strikes to the face with their elbows and the final strike with a hi-kick to the throat of the enemy, causing it to collapse on them, making it hard to breathe. Each strike will leave burns from the charged fire chakra.
Note: Can only be used three times

Simple, you channel Katon chakra to your elbows, knees and leg and jump up to deliver two knees to the stomach and chest, aiming to hit them at an angle to send them a bit higher in the air. You then deliver 2 elbows to the face and finish with a hi kick.

(Tsuin Ikazuchi Tajuu) – Twin Thunder Beast

Description: The user will concentrate their chakra into their arms in a rotational sequence to act like a spring, increasing the power of the concentrated lightning chakra that envelops their arm in a spiral. Then the user will rotate their arms with their fists clenched to strike the enemy target in the stomach. The rotational effect of the punches helps to deliver the lightning with extra power and speed, dealing a strong amount of damage whilst paralyzing the target through the stomach, preventing them from properly moving and drastically restricting their speed.
Note: Numbing lasts one turn
Note: Technique can only be used two times.

As you punch, you rotate your fists as you punch them, releasing the chakra in a spiral that causes great damage and paralyses them for a turn.

Lol, it's alright. I understand all of them. One question though, can I use these elemental jutsu to counter ninjutsu? At what ratio (without damage to myself)?

Well, I wouldn't really recommend it in some cases. For example, using the Five Element Five Animal Fist jutsu against, say A rank fireball wouldn't be advisable. But Twin Thunder Beast could be used against A rank Earth Stone Slab. So it's very situational, logic should come into play so if you ever use these against Ninjutsu, make sure it logically works.

Alright, so the last ones are the restricted jutsus, Sixth Sense and Willpower of the Heart and jutsu based on this. Sixth Sense erases the fear of loss and regret and death, allowing the user a greater focus in battle, which increases their reaction levels. Now, this was never given an official speed level or tracking level, so we cant say things like it makes us twice as fast or able to track up to 4x our speed. While I think it should be updated, it currently isn't so if used, I wouldn't advise it used against those who might have activated a mode or something that increases their speeds more than 1.5x, 2x at the most.

Description: Elder teachings six senses is a skill known only to those whom achieve mastery in meditation and fighting arts. The user unlocks the Sixth Sense, which is also known as a clear state of mind where the user eliminates the factors clouding the mind such as fear and regret, thus allowing the user to be able to increase their reaction to incoming Taijutsu attacks and not fear death, making the user possible to react fast to the attacks.
