And I'm not exactly sure what the new restrictions on KG's and jutsus are, but I'll go along with this

i take out 10 shurikens, 5 in each hand. and i them at u, not directly but in a curve (like in the movie wanted) the shurikens stab u on the sides, along your neck, arm, gut and legs while u were distracted by the wall and tar pit*
