Like on discord, i'll refer to you as Damian if you don't mind? Anyway from here we will begin your official process to become the best... around... none ones every gonna bring you down... Anyway, i know we spoke a bit before on discord about getting started but lets start a fresh here and go through absolutely everything. I know i linked you the full guide, but i'll explain stuff even better here. So first of all, lets get a few things done:

1. Link me your bio, lets check that out and see where you decided to start
2. Tell your favourite anime or character and if you want to bring that to this rp, that way i can help you relate to it and adapt in a way you are comfortable.
3. Tell your goals, where you want to get to.
4. Post any immediate questions or concerns you have, lets get them out of the way and have you on the right track

I remember your bio now, we spoke about fire and lightning and how i mentioned my natsu bio, so we can relate in that sense.

Tokyo ghoul i've seen, not read the manga and Death note is an all time favourite.

Right when it comes to custom characters, if some has made that character before you, and still own that bio, they have the rights to that bio, as long as they hold it and can choose to give permission for you to make it or not. I think you should just be able to make it anyway, and the best with that bio will stand out at the end of the day U_U. In your case you like vegeta, but we have a member who has had a vegeta bio for years, i mean his name is @Vegeta , but who knows he may give you permission to make the bio, he's a cool guy. His bio is very impressive that he's improved on over the years and maybe you can do it in your own way, but for now, we can build your yamoshi bio.

We gonna double team the ninja world, don't you worry, make a new empire and shit, we got this, but first lets get you rolling with how the game works, sound good?

Now a text based game, it may seem complicated at first but really, it's just telling stories. Each move you make in a fight is you taking control of the story, and in your opponents turn they take control. You say what your character does then they say how their's reacts. Giving details on both sides. It's like a game of chest, back and forth, take it in turns, and detail is key like any story.

But how could you fight?
1. You fight using jutsu, every jutsu has a rank, a range, a type, description etc explaining it
2. You can use 3 jutsu in each of your turns.
3. There is a rule called the "timeframe" which explains how a series of events goes, but i'll explain that in full
4. You win through several ways: can win through trapping an opponent like check mate in a game of chess, by time limit, if they don't reply in a required time, or they make a big mistake that costs them. You also lose if you run out of chakra, run out of health, or physically can't counter a move, which, some times may be the case.

Like any game there is a grind, with battles or missions you will rank up, get stronger, unlock new skills and become the best. Not only this but you can make custom skills, like you own creations, be it a custom jutsu like how naruto makes variants of the rasengan, a custom weapon like the seven swords of the mist, your own clan with it's own abilities (this is more end game) or even make up your own elements to use. So much potential and broadness within one game.

Well i have good news and bad news. You are truly gifted for recognizing jiraiya to be one of the best U_U though the only downside is you need to pay 2500 kumi to make jiriaya, but he gets all kinds of cool stuff for that, so we can aim for that if you like as one of your bios?

Anyway let me just break down some of the stuff about bios, first of all, you've done great you've got a bio made and approved, so you're one step ahead of most new starters. Well done. Now lets go over some basics for abilities.

There 5 elements of Naruto (fire,lightning,earth,water,wind) you unlock more as you rank up and higher your rank the stronger the jutsu you can use. Same with basic ninjutsu (like making clones), genjutsu and taijutsu, we call these the basics and every bio can have them.

Though, who wants to be basic right? Instead you want to be strong and build an amazing bio, and that's where your kumi will come into play. Kumi is the currency system that was introduced, you earn it through missions, events or fights, or you can even sell stuff to other role players. Kumi is then used to buy bios, abilities etc. Basically creates the grind so you work hard, gain kumi, buy stuff, get stronger, and keep going aiming to the be the best. Look at my avatar to the left, you can see my kumi total there? It seems alot but it's going to cost me 25,000 kumi to learn yang release. After all these years i've still got goals, so don't worry i can't see you getting bored any time soon.

Click on that bud, that is the shop, you can see your kumi total there and thats where you buy your character or skills. You can even make your own shop to tell custom jutsu you make in the future. Now if you click on "official kumi shop" go to characters, you can see jiraiya is there. You can see the purchase option.

Abilities:

• Jiraiya, being the famed Toad Sage, is capable of utilizing the Toad Contract and is an Advanced Summoning Specialist, being able to summon up to 3 A rank Toads or 2 S rank Toads with one usage of the jutsu. He is also capable of using Toad Sage Mode, albeit an imperfect version. He also gains a passive rank increase, or +20 damage, to his various Rasengans when used.
• Jiraiya is also a Naturalist Summoning Specialist, capable of utilizing toad oil. This oil can be combined with Fire jutsu to gain an additional +20 damage, increasing their power and scale.
• Able to utilize hair ninjutsu, Jiraiya can make his hair neutral to elemental attacks, both basic and CE/KG, when using his specific hair ninjutsu.
• Jiraiya has high chakra reserves, gaining an additional 300 chakra.

See, you're paying for a stronger bio.


Good news though, by the end of your orientation, you will have 5000 kumi to spend on something cool. I believe you start with 2k and get 3k at the end of it for being a new members. So don't you worry, you'll have a good head start.

5. Your 3rd would be Apex as an overall, but it contains those sub catergories. We can go into that more as we build you bio.

Right now we will go on from here. Instead of just constantly focusing on one area such as bios, i'm going to mix it up, and talk about battles a bit, because this is a huge part of the rp. And we can slowly build on all these foundations to make you hench.

Right so we already touched on the battle aspect a little, with using 3 jutsu per turn. Can you tell me what else you know about battles in the rp? From here i will go on to explain everything, breaking it completely down with links and references.

You can agree on no restrictions, or secluded to only taijutsu, kenjutsu, ect. You have to go into description of your attacks, blocks and thoughts in depth. Moves like `Clone Jutsu` can be only used 3 times in battle. If there is a problem that said person does not agree on, to finish the problem quickly.

A good place to start, but lets go from the very beginning, that way we can be sure to not miss anything. So with every fight you have the basic battle rules for every fight here in the naruto RP. Before we go any further, there is one forum you will always need within the rp:
