This revolves around Tsunade waking up...
this isnt a guess at any specific chapter just some possible events....

Tsunade: mmmnh *opens eyes*
Shizune: Tsunade-sama!
Sakura: Tsunade-sensei!
Tsunade: where am I? is everyone safe? what happened?
Shizune or Sakura or Katsuyu: the villagers are safe. Naruto Defeated Pain all by himself and saved everyone... even kakashi...
Tsunade: !!! That Naruto!? *Flashback images*

(yada yada yada... she is told the details)

Tsunade: I see... so the ninetails... did yamato...?

Sai: No... Naruto said something interesting... he said his Father appeared and supressed the fox for him.

Tsunade: O_O !!!!
Shizune: !!!
Sakura: !!! Naruto's Father? who...?
Sai: He said it was Yondaime Hokage.
Sakura: Tsunade... is that true?
Tsunade: yes...
Sakura: Yondaime!? Naruto you... *more flashback pics*
