Gimp is an awesome program U_U In my opinion it isnt better nor worst :shrug:

Im not a fan of black and white sigs, but it looks quite nice ^^ I dont know if those wings behind her are from thre render, but those look really good ^^
All in all it looks really cool, but the black and white ruins it for me U_U

GIMP is the same as PS but with a few less options...
