How do i make a good avatar like the ones lawliet does? what do i need to download?

to make a gud avatar u must download photoshop + a render or pic of ur choice n by using Ps u can give the pic variety of effects but u have to skilled for doin such things u have to go through some tutorials first which u can find on google
Or
u can simply put request on Request Gfx section n Gfxers like me or more advance then me will make u an avatar
and in return u will have to give them kumis or rep ^_^
