I would like to edit my current avatar and give it like a static like animation. a white noise look, a distortion, or something hazy.. But I don't want the effect to last through out the animation. Just for a little while like have it glitch or mess up at the end of it. So it looks like something is being tampered with/ making itachi look creepy haha.
