Hey, could someone make help me?

- I want the following image to be cropped that it can be used for a non-premium user like myself as well as not loosing its uh quality.

- I dunno resize a certain point of the image that it doesn't look distant...
- Also, if you could perhaps be able to add brightness to this pic in levels that it doesn't look strange?

Can anyone help me with this? I am willing to rep EVEN!! Lol
